Crispy Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Deep fried mushrooms are a great snacks for everyone. It’s can be serve with plain rice or just as a snack. Dip with mayonnaise or chili sauce, YUMMY !!

脆炸蘑菇是人人都爱的小吃。单配白饭或当零食一样的棒~沾上美奶滋或辣椒酱美味极了!

Quickly rinse the oyster mushrooms.  Pad it dry with kitchen towel and cut into small pieces . I just used corn flour a pinch salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water to make a thin batter.

快速冲洗干净平菇。利用厨房纸巾把平菇多余水分给吸干之后将蘑菇切成小片。我只用玉粟粉,少量盐和胡椒粉做调味。
加入足够的水,搅拌至稀面糊。

Add mushrooms into thin batter and coated with a layer of corn flour . Heat up deep- fryer / pan with cooking oil, then slowly put into pan and fried until golden brown.

把蘑菇加入稀面糊里,取出再沾上一层玉粟粉。等油温热了,将蘑菇慢慢地放进锅,油炸至金黄色。

Dish out and drain on kitchen towel before serving.  Best time to eat it hot and crispy and mushrooms turn soft when cold.

先用厨房纸巾把刚炸好蘑菇的油份吸一吸。最好吃是趁热的时候吃,放凉了蘑菇口感就开始变松软。
