Crispy Fried Oyster Mushrooms


Deep fried mushrooms are a great snacks for everyone. It’s can be serve with plain rice or just as a snack. Dip with mayonnaise or chili sauce, YUMMY !!



Quickly rinse the oyster mushrooms.  Pad it dry with kitchen towel and cut into small pieces . I just used corn flour a pinch salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water to make a thin batter.



Add mushrooms into thin batter and coated with a layer of corn flour . Heat up deep- fryer / pan with cooking oil, then slowly put into pan and fried until golden brown.



Dish out and drain on kitchen towel before serving.  Best time to eat it hot and crispy and mushrooms turn soft when cold.
