Fruit Nuts Yogurt Cup


Here’s another great and healthy breakfast or dessert recipe !  Today tea time i treat myself to a health fruit yogurt cup =) 

健康早餐或点心食谱记载在这里!今天午茶的时间,我为自己准备了一个非常健康的水果坚果酸奶杯 =) 



The ingredients is simple such as 1 low fat plain yogurt , orange , few pieces of Marie biscuits, raisins and mixed nuts .




Crush the crackers with rolling pin then cut the orange into small pieces . Last, the nuts cut into small ..   



Then add a layer of ingredients into the cup until full .




Done, enjoy ..
