Cabbage Meat Rolls

Here’s the recipe for Steam Cabbage with meat rolls.

We need one cabbage but i just use 8-10 leaves for this recipe. If serving for more people, you might use 10 leaves or more than that.

我们需要一个包菜,但在这食谱我只用了8-10片的包菜叶。如果家庭成员比较多,那就要准备10片包菜叶或更多。

Rinse the cabbage and peel off the outer leaves. Then drop the leaves into hot pot and cook for few minutes。

将包菜冲洗干净然后一叶一叶的剥开。之后放入热锅里煮几分钟。

Combine all seasoning such as soya sauce, dark soya sauce, black pepper, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix together until everything combined well .

将肉粹加入所有调味料如酱油,老抽,胡椒粉,糖和少许盐混合在一起,然后搅拌均匀。

将小分量的肉粹放在包菜叶上,然后卷起。

Topped small amount of meat on cabbage leave. Then roll it up.

Place the cabbage meat rolls into hot steamer and cover it. Turn on medium heat and steam for 10-15 mins .  Last, serve with saute garlic. Done !

将包菜肉卷放入蒸锅里。以中火蒸个10-15分即可。最后,加上爆香蒜茸。完成!
