Tortilla de patatas or Spanish omelet is one of the famous food in Spain. It is very popular in local and often served in bar as tapas. This is my first time to make it, and i definitely like it much … I always like the simple ingredients and easy steps recipes, just like this =) Let’s start our Spanish dish now …
Tortilla de patatas或是西班牙土豆蛋饼是一个西班牙著名的食品之一。这道料理在当地非常受欢迎,经常会出现在酒吧当小吃。这是我第一次尝试做，我非常爱。.我总是喜欢简单的食材搭配简单的步骤，就像这个=）
Ingredients / 食材：-
1. Egg / 鸡蛋 – 4 pcs
2. Potato / 土豆 – 2pcs ( Peeled it and cut thinly slices / 土豆削皮，切成薄片)
*Additional, you can also add other materials such as onion, garlic, green pepper or meat also can.
According to personal taste.
Heat the oil in large pan, and then gently fry the potato slices until soft. Don’t forget to stirring from time to time, to avoid potato burn on bottom . Then drain out the excess oil .
Beat the egg in bowl, add seasoning like salt , pepper . Then pour in the egg with potatoes, cheese, sprinkle some parsley ,black sesame seed and shake the frying pan from time to time so that the omelette doesn’t stick to the bottom part.
It’s time for flip ! Once the bottom part of omelette has set, turn down the heat to low and use the large plate to cover the pan. Hold tight and flip !
Last，gently slide the omelette back into the frying pan and continue frying about 2 minutes until set. Shake the pan often, so that it won’t stick at the bottom part.
Topped with some favorite sauce and ready to serve .
