No Bake Lemon Biscuit Pie

我一直都很想完成“免烤”,“免电子搅拌器”的甜点或蛋糕。所以,一有时间就到处研究任何食谱可以完成这小小的心愿^.^ 。很多时候都需要面对失败和挫折,瞬间心情会大落,一直在想是那个步骤错了,为何简单的食谱我也不能顺利完成之类的。。你也有同感吧~因此,就靠着面子书美食群组页得到很多的安慰和鼓励。一句 “加油” 却换来满满的正能量 \^.^/ 大家一起加油吧~

Lemon Egg Sauce’s  ingredients / 柠檬酱食材

1. Lemon/ 柠檬 – 1 piece

2. Egg Yolk/ 蛋黄 – 2 pieces ( room temperature/室温 )

3.Butter/ 奶油- 50 gram ( optional unsalted butter/ 可选无盐奶油 )

4.Sugar /糖-  80 gram (If you want it sweeter, add in more sugar / 如想要更甜,糖的量可自加)

Steps / 步骤

Beat the egg yolks then add in lemon juices and mix well .
将蛋黄打散,加入柠檬汁,搅拌均匀。

Sieved the mixture  / 将混合汁过筛。

Place the mixture into bowl and put on boiling pot. Then add the butter and sugar, stir until dissolved with low heat.
把混合汁倒入碗里隔水加热,然后加入奶油和糖,搅拌至溶化。(一边搅拌一边小火加热)

Stirring constantly until thick/ 不停的搅拌直到浓稠

Dipped the both side of tea biscuit into coffee / 将饼干的前背面都干沾上咖啡。

Now, each biscuits place on the plate and coated with one layer of lemon sauce . Repeating this process to build 3-4 layers .
现在,将每片饼干摆在盘子上。之后,再涂上一层调好柠檬酱汁。重复性的完成至第3-4层即可。

Crush up your Oreo cookies until fine, then sprinkle on top. Keep in  refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
将oreo饼干压粹并撒在上面。之后,放入冰箱里2-3小时即可。

Taste yummy and serve immediately when taking out from fridge .
从冰箱取出时品尝会更美味。
