Crispy Peanut Tofu Balls

Tofu (chinese 豆腐) , we called bean curd. It is made from soybeans which is high in protein and calcium. There are many different way to cook such as steam tofu , fried tofu, stir-fried tofu or even cook as tofu soup as well. Which one you like? I like all the way to prepare it =) So, today i want share with you the deep-fried Crispy Peanut Tofu Balls and i choose the silken tofu which is suitable for fry. Treat as snack, i’m bet you will love it =)

豆腐是由大豆所制成。它含丰富的蛋白质和钙质。豆腐拥有许多烹饪的方法如蒸豆腐,炸豆腐,炒豆腐,甚至豆腐汤等等。你比较喜爱那一个呢?我喜欢以所有的方式来准备=)所以,今天我想与大家分享酥脆炸花生豆腐丸子,而我选了一款适合热炸的嫩豆腐。把它当成零食,我打赌你将会爱上它=)

See, what you need for ingredients :-
看看,你需要有那些食材:-

You need/ 你需要的是 :-

1) Tofu – 80 gram
豆腐- 80克

2) Pancake mix flour – 100 gram
松饼粉- 100克

3) Peanut powder – 50 gram
花生粉-50克

4) salt – a pinch of salt
盐- 适量

5) Sugar – 5 tablespoons
糖- 5汤匙

Steps / 步骤:-

Put all the ingredients into a bowl then mix well until become dough. Add  the tofu little by little, don’t add too much, because the dough will become very sticky. If you feel that enough, then no need add in the extra tofu  .

在碗里加入所有的食材。之后,搅拌均匀至面团即可。分次加入豆腐,如果加多了,面团很容易粘稠。 如你觉得面团足够了,那多余的豆腐不需要再加。

Roll the dough into ball shaped .
将面团揉成小球状。

Deep fried the tofu balls until golden brown ( about 3-4 mins)
将豆腐花生小丸子放入锅内,热炸至金黄色。(大约3-4分钟)

Use the kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.
使用厨房纸巾将去处多余的油份。

Then sprinkle some icing sugar on top and ready to serve =)
然后,撒上糖粉,准备上桌了=)

Crunchy outside , soft inside .. Yummy ^.^b
外面脆脆,里面软软的 。。美味极了 ^.^b
