Tofu (chinese 豆腐) , we called bean curd. It is made from soybeans which is high in protein and calcium. There are many different way to cook such as steam tofu , fried tofu, stir-fried tofu or even cook as tofu soup as well. Which one you like? I like all the way to prepare it =) So, today i want share with you the deep-fried Crispy Peanut Tofu Balls and i choose the silken tofu which is suitable for fry. Treat as snack, i’m bet you will love it =)

1) Tofu – 80 gram
2) Pancake mix flour – 100 gram
3) Peanut powder – 50 gram
4) salt – a pinch of salt
5) Sugar – 5 tablespoons
Steps / 步骤：-
Put all the ingredients into a bowl then mix well until become dough. Add the tofu little by little, don’t add too much, because the dough will become very sticky. If you feel that enough, then no need add in the extra tofu .
Roll the dough into ball shaped .
Deep fried the tofu balls until golden brown ( about 3-4 mins)
Use the kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.
Then sprinkle some icing sugar on top and ready to serve =)
Crunchy outside , soft inside .. Yummy ^.^b
