Yorkshire Pudding

Yorkshire Pudding is a traditional British food, normally they serve with roast beef as main course dinner or after meal dessert. To make the  batter, you just will need few ingredients such as eggs, flour and milk. For the breakfast , this english dish also the one best choice for you . It’s very easy and quick to bake 6 pieces in one time =)

约克郡布丁(Yorkshire Pudding) 是一个英国传统美食,通常会配上烤牛肉作为晚餐的主菜或餐后的甜点。制做这面糊,你只需要简单几种材料如鸡蛋,面粉和鲜奶。对于早餐,这英式布丁也是一个最适合你的选择。做法简单并可以快速一次性的烘烤6件布丁=)

Ingredients and Steps  / 食材 & 步骤 :-

Crack 2 eggs into bowl , pour in 120 ml of fresh milk then slightly mix it with the wire whisk .
加入两颗鸡蛋在碗中,再倒入120毫升的鲜奶,用电线拂稍微混在一起。

To make the batter, sift the 100g of  all purpose flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl .
制作面糊,需要将100克的中筋面粉和少量的盐一起过筛。

Then combined well and set aside.
搅拌均匀之后,放一旁备用。

Preheat oven at 220 C for 20 minutes . In the same time, pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into every muffin cup. When the preheat done, just put in the muffin tray into oven and bake for 5 mins .

将烤箱预热在220 C ,20 分钟。此时,将每个模具杯里都倒入一大匙的油。当预热烤箱准备好后,再把整个模具盘放入烤箱里烤5 分钟。

5 minutes later, take out the hot muffin tray ( be careful ! it’s really hot)  and pour in the batter into 1/2 full of sizzling hot mold cup.

5分钟后,取出模具盘(要小心!它是非常的烫手),并倒将面糊倒入1/2满的热腾腾模具杯里。

The pudding will take 15- 20 minutes to bake and become crisp and golden brown .

布丁将需要15 – 20分钟的烘烤时间成为酥脆及金黄色。

让布丁冷却一会儿,再撒上糖粉即可。好美味=)

The outer skin of  pudding  is crisp and the inner is moist and soft like pudding .. I love that texture ^-^
布丁的外皮酥脆,内里是湿润,柔软的像布丁般。
