Cream Cheese Button Cookies

They’re adorable cream cheese button cookies ^.^ It’s too much fun to make these button cookies and it’s recall me back the first time learn sewing button memories ~ That was a childhood memories between my brother and I. Yeah, is my ” Brother” !! He is the one taught me the technique how to sew the button.. . Lol ^.^ He is great in anything of craft works and planting as well.. That’s his hobby until now and i didn’t look wrong for the teacher right ? haha .. So, sewing button not a problem for me now ^.^v  Besides, making these cookies it’s a great fun thing together with kids. It’s can get closer relationship to each other too.. Let get started =)

他们是可爱的奶油奶酪按钮饼干^^这太好玩了,这些钮扣饼干让我回想起当年第一次学习缝纫钮扣的回忆〜这是我弟弟和我之间的童年回忆呀!是的,是“弟弟”没错!是他教我如何缝制钮扣的技巧哦 …(大声笑^^)他拥有好手艺,及种植方面也一样行…..他仍然保留着他的爱好而我也没找错老师吧?哈哈..所以,缝纫钮扣对我来说不是一个问题啦^^ V此外,大人与孩子一起制作这些饼干是一个非常有娱乐性的事,它也可以让彼此关系更紧密. ..让我们开始吧=)

Ingredients / 食材:- 

Cake Flour – 150 gram  ( sieved )
低筋面粉- 150 克 (过筛)

Unsalted butter – 50 gram ( room temperature)
无盐奶油 – 50克(室温)

Cream cheese – 50 gram
奶油乳酪 – 50克

Powder sugar – 60 gram ( sieved)
糖粉- 60克 (过筛)

egg yolk – 1 pc
蛋黄- 1个

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
香草精 – 1小匙

Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp (optional)
发酵粉- 1/4小匙 (自选)

Salt – 1tsp
盐- 1小匙

Steps / 步骤

1) Use the wire whisk beat the cream cheese until creamy then only add in the room temperature butter and mix well.
利用打蛋器将乳酪打成乳霜状,之后再加入室温奶油搅拌均匀

2) Pour in the powdered sugar, salt  and beat until smooth
加入糖粉和盐,拌匀

3) Add in the egg yolk and vanilla extract beat until combined.
加入蛋黄和香草精,拌匀

4) Then continue add in the flour and baking powder (optional) by 2 times
然后继续分2次加入面粉和发酵粉(可选)

5) Use the spatula mix till soft dough forms.
用刮刀混合,直到面团形式

6) Wrap the cookies dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least  2 hours or next day .
将饼干面团用保鲜膜包起,再冷藏至少2小时或隔天

Use the bottle cap or whatever round shape mold to cut out the dough . For the inner print , i use the smaller cap to stamp on it , then cut the 4 little holes with straw .
Preheat oven at 150 C ,  bake for 15mins ( It’s depends on your own oven,each oven have different temperatures)

用瓶盖或其他圆形模具将面团割出来。对于内部打印,我用的是更小的瓶盖印上它,然后再用吸管切4个小洞。
预热烤箱  150C , 烘烤15分钟 (这要按照你自已烤箱的温度,每个烤箱的温度会有所不同)
