No Bake , No Deep-Fried! Hash Brown Egg Net

For coming weekend , this is definitely good choice for your breakfast or brunch with your family . I found a lot of these recipes which required to bake or deep fried, but i want something more less oil , easy , quick and yummy. Here is ” Pan- fried Hash Brown topped with egg” recipe..  Oh ~ yum !! It’s crispy, soft and moist  inside. For those who are big egg fans like me, you can control the heat and make running yolks .. sound interesting right ? Let’s get started ~

周末来临,这绝对是你与家人的早午餐不错的选择。我发现很多关于这些食谱都需要烘烤或热油炸的,但我想要更健康少油,方便,快捷,美味。以下是“锅煎马铃薯饼再淋上蛋”食谱..Oh〜味道好极了!!它酥脆,里面柔软,湿润。对于那些鸡蛋迷(我),你可以控制火候,来煮到半熟蛋的效果..听起来有趣吧?让我们开始吧〜

Prepared 1 cup of hash brown ( I used 1 large potato) , grated potato into bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil , some black pepper , a pinch of salt , some parsley flakes , and black sesame  (optional), combined well .

准备一杯分量的刨丝马铃薯(我使用大颗马铃薯),将刨丝马铃薯装入碗里。
加上一大匙的橄榄油,适量黑胡椒粉,少许盐巴,少许香菜片和黑芝麻(自选)然后搅拌均匀即可。

Heat the pan with low fire , add some butter, scoop the hash brown put into pan and make a little hole in middle .
开小火热锅后,加入一些黄油,舀刨丝马铃薯放入平底锅,然后在中间挖个洞口。

Pan-fried with low fire until golden brown then turn over fry another surface  .
以低火煎至金黄色,然后翻过来再煎另一面。

After both sides turned golden brown, then you can crack the egg into hole and covered with lid . Cook for few minutes until egg cooked. If you prefer running yolk , just remove it when the timing is ready .

等双面都变成金黄色后,你就可以把蛋加入到小洞口里并盖锅盖。把蛋烘几分钟至到熟为止。如你不想蛋黄熟透,在对的时间就立即取出。
