New Monday morning with sunshine, hope everyone keep calm, stay active and enjoy your day ^-^ Yesterday morning i went to market and bought 1 small bunch of broccoli for my monday meal. Everybody knows broccoli rich in dozens of nutrients. Normally, i just used the flower head and i throw away the stem because my husband and i really don’t like to eat..Sound like very waste food right ? but now i will marinated them and serve like pickled at every meal especially i love to eat them with porridge.. It’s taste a little sweet, salty and sour, very appetizing ~
全新周一的早晨与灿烂的阳光，希望大家保持冷静，保持活跃，享受你的一天^ – ^昨天一早我到了菜市场买了1小束的西兰花为自已准备星期一的餐点。大家都知道西兰花富含几十营养素。通常，我只是用菜花头，而菜花梗就丢掉，因为我和先生都不爱吃..听起来像是很浪费食物吧？但现在我会将那些菜花梗都腌制，当小菜送饭一起吃，特别爱搭配粥一起吃。它的味道有点甜，咸，酸，非常开胃〜
Rinse with water , remove the outer skin of stem and cut into bite size pieces .
Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt combined well and keep into fridge for 30 mins to 1 hr.
1 hr later, pour out the water of salt (if not will very salty) . Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce , 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of white sugar, mix well. Then put into fridge and marinate overnight .
This is very natural and healthy vegetarian salad ~
