Curry with rice is the most appetizing meal for me =) In the meantime, i love one pot cooked, spend less time in the kitchen, can enjoy a delicious meal . It’s look plain and simple but taste yummy ! Let’s cook ~

咖喱饭对我而言是一道非常开胃的料理=),此时,我也爱一锅熟,花更短的时间呆在厨房,即可享用美味的一餐。看起来外观朴实但味道好吃!让我们一起烹饪吧 〜

Ingredients /食材

1)Fish Balls- 10 pieces
鱼丸-10粒

2)Cauliflower – cut into small pieces
菜花-切小朵

3)Carrot-cut into small pieces
红萝卜-切小块

4)Onion- cut slices
洋葱-切丝

5)Garlic-chopped
蒜-切成蒜末

Add 2-3 tablespoons of curry powder into the small bowl then pour some fresh milk and combine until become curry paste. Put aside.
加入2-3汤匙的咖哩粉在碗中,然后倒入适量的鲜奶 ,搅拌均匀至粘稠的咖喱酱。备用 。

Heat the pot with cooking oil, then saute the onion slices and garlic chopped.
将锅子烧热再加入一些菜油,然后将洋葱丝和蒜末一起爆香 。

Then add in cauliflower and carrot with one cup of water. Then simmer with lid until cauliflower and carrot become soft.
然后加入菜花和萝卜并倒入一杯水的分量。然后盖上锅盖,煮至菜花和胡萝卜变软。

After that, add in the curry paste and fish balls with some seasoning such as white sugar and soy sauce . If feel that not enough water, then add little by little
之后,加入浓稠的咖喱酱,鱼丸和适量的调味如糖和酱油。如觉得水量不够,那一点点的加入
