Matcha Green Tea Souffle

When talk about baking, I’m still a beginner . So,every time baking sure will messing up the kitchen ^0^ Today, I’ve decided to tried this French dessert Souffle . Be frankly, i have make it twice today. Finally,  my Souflle risen perfectly in the oven !! That feeling of achievement is very happy ^.^ It’s tired but very worth =D In the meantime, you and family members can enjoy such delicious homemade dessert . It so great !!

谈到烘焙,我还是个初学者。所以,每次烘烤我都会把厨房搞乱^0^ 今天,我决定尝试这法式甜点舒芙蕾。坦白说,我今天做了两遍。最后,我的souflle终于在烤箱里完美的升起!那成就感是非常的开心^^虽然很累,却很值得=D 。同时,你与家人也一起享用这么美味的自制甜点。这太棒了!

Let’s see what ingredients you need for this recipe :-
让我们看看这食谱需要准备的食材有那些:-

*Preheat 200C, bake at 12 – 15 minutes until rise*
*预热烤箱 200c ,烘烤时间是 12 - 15分钟/至到升高为止*

1 tablespoon of butter
1汤匙奶油

1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1汤匙低筋面粉

1/2 cup of fresh milk
1/2杯鲜奶

3 eggs (** Oppsss… in the photo lost one egg**)
3粒鸡蛋(图像里少一粒)

3 tablespoons of caster sugar
3汤匙糖

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2小匙香草精

a pinch of salt ( optional)
少许盐巴 (自选)

2 tablespoons of Matcha green tea powder
2汤匙的绿茶粉

*Additional caster sugar for ramekin*
*另外准备的糖是给容器的*

Steps / 步骤 :-

1)Brush ramekin with butter. Brush evenly from bottom until top edge so that souffle will rise perfectly.
将容器刷上奶油。均匀的从低部刷到顶部边缘,这会让舒芙蕾完美的直升。

2) Then coated with additional sugar prepared for ramekin. Tap out any excess and set aside.
然后,将多余准备的糖覆盖整个容器。拍掉多余的糖,备用。

3) Separated the egg yolk and egg white in the different bowl.
* Egg Yolk – add in the caster sugar and stir together with egg yolk. Then add in flour , mix well.  (Add in vanilla extract, stir well)
*蛋黄 - 加入糖再和蛋黄一起拌匀。之后,加入面粉,拌匀。(加入香草精)

4) In the pan, heat the milk with low fire until small bubbles. Then gradually add the hot milk into egg yolk batter, mix well. Heat them again over the low fire until thickened.
在锅里,以小火煮热牛奶,至到有小气泡。然后逐渐将热奶倒入蛋黄面糊,拌匀。再次以低火加热它们至浓稠即可。

5) Add in matcha green tea powder and mix well. set aside , let it cold down .
加入绿茶粉然后搅拌均匀。让它冷却,备用。

6 *egg whites – whisk the egg whites until frothy then slowly add in 3tablespoons in 3 times, continues beat until stiff peak form.
*蛋白 - 将蛋白打至泡沫状,然后分次加入糖粉,持续打发至硬挺即可。

7)Fold in 1/3 meringue into green tea batter, and mix well. Then pour in all the green tea batter into remaining meringue and mix until blended.
将1/3的蛋白霜和绿茶面糊混合均匀。拌匀后,将所有的绿茶面糊一次性倒入剩余的蛋白霜里,拌匀直到混合为止。

8)Fill the mixture into ramekin. Use your thumb to clean the ramekin inside of rim.
将混合面糊倒入容器里。用你的拇指来清洁容器边缘的内侧。

9) Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until well rinse .
放入烤箱里烘烤 12- 15 分钟至到升高为止。

10)Last, dust with confectioner sugar.  Souffle must eat fast and serve with hot because it’s will went down very fast.  That’s why taking nice photo is the most challenging part for this recipe.

最后,撒上糖粉。舒芙蕾必须趁热吃因为这甜点会极速塌的下去。所以今天这食谱的摄影具有挑战性。
