When mention about vegetables, broccoli is the star and it will be the 1st best choice for my cooking list.They can cook in many ways such as stir fry, salad,soup and so on. But, sometimes you will feel a bit boring taste about that especially for kids. So,you can transform the other way to cook for the same vegetable just like today recipe i want to share with you =) It’s just spend you about 5 minutes to cook, it’s healthy and there is no trouble getting your kids to finish all ^.^
Ingredients / 食材 ：－
3 vegetables we need today (Broccoli , carrot and baby corn). You can change to other vegetables that you prefer =)
First, chop the broccoli, carrot and baby corn.
Then crack in 2 eggs and mix well.
Add in seasoning such as 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, some sugar, a pinch of salt and some soy sauce，stir well.
Add some black and white sesame into mixing bowl.
Heat up the pan with medium low fire, pour same cooking oil.
