Chocolate Tofu Mousse

This dessert is extremely good for all ladies in the world ^^ (of course for guys as well) Everybody knows tofu is the great food for low-fat and low calories diet.Besides, it is also a good source of Protein and Calcium too..So,you can get the beauty and health benefit in the same time of this delicious chocolate tofu mousse ~ Today recipe super easy to prepare and just need 4 ingredients =) Let’s get started ~

这个甜点是对全世界的女士们非常好哦^^(当然对男人也一样)大家都知道豆腐是低脂肪,低热量的减肥食物。同时豆腐也是蛋白质和钙质的良好来源。所以,在享用这美味“巧克力豆腐慕斯”的同时并可从中获得到美丽与健康的好处〜心动了吧^_^ 今天的食谱超级容易准备,只需要4种食材即可=)让我们开始吧〜

Crush the crackers with rolling pin until very fine crumbs form.
将饼干压至粹,直到非常细屑.

Add melted butter, and press until combined
加入融化的黄油,用压的方式混合均匀。

Press the crumb mixture into a plastic mould. Spread it and press flat
将饼干装进塑料模具杯里 ,缩压至均匀。

Add one block of silken tofu with 2-3tablespoons of honey into blender, blend it for 1 minute until smooth.
加入一块嫩豆腐和2-3汤匙的蜂蜜放入果汁搅拌机里。然后搅拌1分钟,直到顺滑为止。

For me, i don’t have any blender at home . So, i just do it with hand mixer.
对于我来说,我没有搅拌机。所以,我只能用打蛋器。

After mashed the tofu then sieve it. (You can skip this step if you are using blender)
将豆腐搅烂之后,再过筛即可。(如你用的是搅拌机便可省略这步骤)

Add 2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and blend until combined 。
加入2-3汤匙的无糖可可粉然后在利用搅拌器混合均匀即可。

Then pour the chocolate tofu mixture into cups or ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
然后,将巧克力豆腐混合物倒入杯子或任何容器冷藏至少2个小时或隔夜。

Before serving, I like to sprinkle some cocoa powder and place few slices of banana as decoration =)
享用前,我喜欢撒上一些可可粉,然后摆上香蕉片做装饰。

If using blender, the texture of dessert are more finer and smooth if compared to hand mixer. But the taste still same , very nice ! ^.^B
如使用搅拌机​​,相对于手搅拌, 那甜点的质地会更细致,口感更顺滑~ 但味道还是一样赞!
