Potato is the most nutrient rich of carbohydrates. For me, potato is good substitute for rice. As you know asian people eat rice everyday ,sometimes a small change is good ^.^ So,today i use mashed potatoes to make crisp cake. The outside is crispy , healthy and yummy especially for vegetarian lovers! Let’s get started =)
Ingredients / 食材
1) Potatoes – 2 pcs of chilled mashed potatoes
2) some of carrot shredded & spring onion chopped
3) Bread crumbs
4) seasoning with salt , black pepper powder and some of milk
步骤／ steps :-
Roll mashed potato into ball shape then slightly flattened into patty. Then coated with bread crumbs.
Heat up the pan with olive oil, fried potato cake for 2- 3 minutes each side until golden brown .
Done! Drain the excess oil with kitchen towel and ready to serve warm ^.^B
