Vegan Tofu Burger

Hey guys, how do you feel today ? I’m feeling great ^.^ This morning, i prepared this vegan burger as my breakfast . I used tofu as a substitute for ground meat in this recipe. It ‘s a healthy , simple and taste  yummy  vegan burger ! You should try it =)

嗨,今天的你心情如何呢?我感觉棒极了^^今天早上,我准备了素食汉堡当早餐。我用了豆腐代替绞肉的部分。它是一份非常健康,简单,又美味的素食汉堡!你应该尝试=)

Ingredients / 食谱

1) Firm Tofu – 1 block (broken into crumbs)
豆腐-一块(豆腐质感比较硬,水分少,适合煎炸使用。然后将豆腐捣成泥状)

2)Carrot – 100 gram ( chopped)
红萝卜-100克(切丁)

3) Spring Onion – 30 gram (chopped)
葱花-切粹

4) Roasted black sesame seed – 3 tablespoons
烤过的黑芝麻-3汤匙

5) Whole wheat flour – 2-3 tablespoons
全麦低筋面粉-2-3汤匙

6) Whole grains bread – 2 pcs (cut out the round shape with cookies cutter)
全麦面包-2片 (利用模具将面包割出圆形)

*seasoning – a pinch of salt and white pepper powder
调味 - 少许的盐巴和胡椒粉

Steps / 步骤:-

Place all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Drain out the excess water before mixing all the ingredients.
将所有配料倒入搅拌碗里。混合材料之前,先排出多余的水分。

Then mix them together until well combined. Scoop out the tofu mixture into round mold (Diy with aluminium foil and wrap with plastic wrap to avoid sticky) and then press hard to firm it as round shape .
舀出豆腐混面糊,放入圆形模具里(利用铝箔diy,再用保鲜膜包住,避免粘),然后用力按压,让豆腐面糊固定成圆形。

Place the tofu patties on plate or baking sheet then set aside until all are formed .
将固定好的豆腐摆在盘子上/烘焙纸上,摆放一旁,至到全都弄好为止。

Freeze the tofu patties into fridge for about 45-60 mins or keep them fresh for up to 1 month in the freezer with ziploc bag. Thaw outside before pan-frying.
将固定好的豆腐全放入冰箱里冷藏45-60分钟或保存在将它装入保鲜袋包里然后冷冻可储存长达一个月。必要时,将豆腐解冻再下锅煎即可。

Heat the frying pan and add the olive oil. Cook the tofu patties until lightly browned each side.
烧热平底锅后,加入少许橄榄油。将豆腐饼煎至两侧焦黄即可。

You can layer tomato and cucumber slices and drizzle some ketchup . The healthy vegan burger all dressed up and ready to serve ^.^
你可摆上一些番茄和黄瓜片,再淋上少许番茄酱。这健康素食汉堡装饰好后,就可以上桌享用^.^
