Vegan Pumpkin Pound Cake (Steamed)

I’m so excited to share with you guys this great vegan pound cake recipe  ^.^  This is my first time making vegan pumpkin cake. There is no egg , no butter, using in this recipe !  The steamed cake is super moist and soft and the great thing is “LOW FAT” ! It is a healthy and macrobiotic diet pound cake ~ Sound great right ? ^.-  Easy steps, simple materials, just simply combine all and then come out with the healthy and delicious pumpkin pound cake . I can’t wait to show you guys the recipe steps right now ~ Let’s get started ^.^

我感到非常兴奋与大家分享这素食磅蛋糕食谱^^这是我第一次制作的素食南瓜磅蛋糕。食谱里完全没加鸡蛋,没奶油,所制作而成!水蒸糕质地超级滋润,柔软,重点是“低脂”!这是一个健康,长寿饮食磅蛋糕〜听起来不错吧? 简易的步骤,简单的料简,只是将所有材料混合,出来的就是一个健康又美味的南瓜磅蛋糕。我迫不及待就想告诉大家食谱的做法〜让我们开始吧^^

Ingredients / 材料:-

Dry ingredients /干的食材:-

1) Cake flour – 100 grams
低筋面粉 -100克

2) Whole wheat flour – 50 grams
全麦低筋面粉-50克

3) Brown sugar – 15 grams
黑糖-15克

4) Baking powder – 2 teaspoons ( aluminium free)
无铝泡打粉 (发粉)-2小匙

5) A pinch of salt
少许的盐巴

Wet Ingredients/ 湿的食材 :-

1)Soy milk – 140 ml
豆奶-140毫升

2)Honey – 2 tablespoons
蜂蜜-2汤匙

3)Condensed milk – 3 tablespoons
炼奶-3汤匙

4)Pumpkin puree – 150 grams (u can add more)
南瓜泥-150克(可以多加)

5)Raisin – 40 grams
葡萄干-40克

 

Steps / 步骤:-

1.Combine well all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl . Sieved it and set aside.
将干性的食材一起放入工作盆里搅拌均匀。之后将面粉过筛,放一旁备用。

2.Mixing in all the ingredients into measuring cup /  small bowl .
接着,将湿的食材倒入杯子或碗中,搅拌至乳化即可。

3.Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with spatula. When the batter is smooth, add the raisin and stir quickly.
*Be Careful! Do not over stir the mixture because that will affect cake rising*

将混合好的湿性材料倒入干性面粉里,然后拌匀至到面糊完全被吸收,顺滑,再加入葡萄干尽快拌一拌即可。
*小心!不要过度的搅拌面糊因为这会影响蛋糕无法顺利膨胀*

4.Pour the batter into cake pan and steam for 20-30 until cooked .
把混合好的面糊倒入蛋糕盘里,再蒸20-30分钟至完全熟透为止。

It’s done when inserted a toothpick in the center of the cake and comes out with clean =)
利用牙签往蛋糕的中心插,取出是干净的,那蛋糕就已经蒸熟了~

Once the cake done , quickly remove the baking sheet from cake pan and let them cool on wire rack .
蒸好的蛋糕连同烘焙纸和烤盘一起取出。然后置放在架子上冷却即可。

Simply wrap the cake with plastic wrap keep inside tupperware then restore into fridge for 2-3 days. If next day want treat as breakfast , you just need to steam again for 1-2 minutes =)

简单的利用保鲜膜将蛋糕包起在装入密封塑料盒,将它放入冰箱里冷藏2-3天。如果第二天要当作早餐,你只需要再蒸1-2分钟即可=)
