Black Sesame Cookies Sticks

Here’s another black sesame baking recipe. Black sesame is my favorite food material , i always added into my meal or even bake as cookies. I love the aroma of toasted black sesame especially bake them as cookies sticks. In this recipe, no egg and butter added but the texture of cookies are very crisp and taste great. The baking steps are simple and easy , you need 10 minutes to finish the cookies dough and 20-25 minutes for bake. Sound great ! Let’s get started =)

这又是另一个黑芝麻烘焙食谱。黑芝麻是我最喜欢的食品原料,我总爱加入到我的餐饮里甚至把它烤成饼干。我爱烤过黑芝麻香气特别是黑芝麻饼棒。在这饼干食谱里完全无添加蛋和黄油,但饼干的质地依然酥脆,味道真棒。烘烤步骤简单,不复杂,你只需要10分钟完成的饼干面团和20-25分钟烘烤。很棒吧!让我们开始吧=)

Ingredients / 食材:-

*Pre-heat oven at 160C / 预热烤箱在160度

1) All purpose flour – 50 grams
低筋面粉-50克

2) Whole wheat flour – 50 grams
全麦面粉-50克

3) Brown sugar – 25 grams
黑糖-25克

4) Grape seed oil – 2 tablespoons
葡萄籽油-2汤匙

5) Soy milk – 2 tablespoons
豆奶-2汤匙

6)Roasted black sesame seed – 10-15 grams
烤过的黑芝麻-10-15克

* 2 pinch of salt
两小撮的盐巴

Mix in the all purpose flour, whole wheat flour ,brown sugar and salt into mixing bowl and sieved it. Then add the black sesame into flour mixture and combine well. In the meantime, pour in the grape seed oil and stir until loose texture like photo shown.*If you don’t like black sesame flavor, just substitute any 10-15 gram of your flavor into flour mixture.

将低筋面粉,全麦粉,黑糖和盐倒入工作盆里混合均匀再过筛。之后,加入黑芝麻拌匀再把葡萄籽油加入面粉里搅拌成松散即可(如同照片显示)*如果不喜欢芝麻口味,在材料上你可加10-15克你喜欢的口味到面粉里。

Next, combine well until become cookies dough .
接着,混合均匀成饼干面团。

Wrap the cookies dough with plastic wrap and flatten it with rolling pin about 0.4cm thick.Then use the knife simple make the stripes line and put into oven bake at 160C for 10 minutes (remove out the cookies dough and use knife cut the stripes line again) ,then turn down the temperature to 150C bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

用保鲜膜将面团包起,再用擀面器把面团擀到大约0.4公分厚。然后用小刀简单的刮上条纹,放入烤箱以160度烤10分钟(取出饼干面团和再次用刀子切割条纹即可),然后把温度降低为150度,烤15-20分钟至金黄色即可。
