Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic

Cherry tomatoes is one of the vegetable that i will buy every weekend. Everybody  knows cherry tomatoes are high in antioxidant,rich in vitamin and minerals. They got 2 different colour which is red or bright yellow. Normally, i will eat raw or mix in with salad but today i roasted it with garlic and parsley. Taste great and it’s perfect for hot summer now  =) Let’s get started

樱桃小番茄是我周末都会购买的蔬菜之一。大家都知道,樱桃番茄是高抗氧化剂,含有丰富的维生素及矿物质。樱桃小番茄有2种不同的颜色,红色或鲜黄色。通常,我会生吃或拌入沙拉里,但今天我用烤的,加了蒜片和一些香菜。味道很棒,它非常适合这炎热的夏天 =)让我们开始吧~

Ingredients/ 食材:

1. Cherry tomatoes – 1 pack
樱桃小番茄-1包

2. Garlic – 3 cloves
蒜瓣-3个

3.Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
橄榄油-3汤匙

4. Seasoning with salt , black pepper powder and parsley flakes
调味盐,黑胡椒粉及干的香菜片

Steps / 步骤:-

1.Cut 1 cm slices along the back of cherry tomatoes
在樱桃番茄的背面沿切1厘米

2. Cut the garlic slices then put into tomatoes. Then place the tomatoes on baking pan , pour some olive oil , sprinkle some salt and parsley flakes on top. Bake them at 200 C for 15 -20 minutes. *you can bake the baby corn as well =)

将蒜瓣切片,放入番茄里。然后将番茄摆在烤盘上,淋上橄榄油,撒上少许的盐巴和香菜片在番茄上。放入烤箱以200度,烤15-20分钟即可。
*玉米笋也可以烤哦~

Done ! Fresh bake out from oven. The kitchen filled with aroma of garlic and parsley. Roasted cherry tomatoes are very juicy and delicious. I love that ^.^
完成!新鲜烘烤出炉,厨房充满了香菜片几蒜香味~ 烤过的番茄多汁,非常美味,我很喜欢^.^
