Almond Biscuit

Now I started getting confident in baking and I found the easy and comfortable way that suit for me. It just need to divided for 2 parts which is dry and wet ingredients. Then mixing up all the ingredients into a bowl and bake for 25 minutes .. That’s it ! really simple and fast way right ^.- One thing i like is that no butter and egg added ! It’s a healthy cookies snack and there is no harm you eat them everyday . Let’s get started =)

现在的我开始对烘烤越来越有信心了。找到简单,舒适又合我意的烘焙方式。它只需要分为2个部分,干和湿的材料。然后将所有材料混合在碗里,烤25分钟即可……!是不是非常简单又快速呢^.- 我喜欢的一件事是,食谱里完全无黄油和鸡蛋!这是一个健康饼干的零食,即使你每天吃也对身体无伤害。让我们开始吧=)

Ingredients / 材料:

*Preheat oven 160 C / 预热烤箱 160度

Dry Ingredients :

1) Cake flour – 45g (sieved)
低筋面粉-45克 (过筛)

2) Wheat flour – 45g (sieved)
小麦粉-45克(过筛)

3) Ground almond – 20g
杏仁粹粉-20克

4)Cornstarch – 10g
玉蜀粉-10克

5) A pinch of baking powder (optional)
一小撮的泡打粉(不加也没关系)

Wet Ingredients:

1) Honey – 50g
蜂蜜酱-50克

2) Grape seed oil – 30g
葡萄籽油-30克

3) Brown sugar 5g
黑糖-5克

4) A pinch of salt
一小撮盐巴

1) Pour all the flour ingredients into mixing bowl and combine well, make sure no big lump inside the flour mixture.
将粉类材料倒入工作盘里,拌匀并确保混合好的面粉里没有大颗粒。

2) Mixing up the wet ingredients until the brown sugar fully dissolved .
之后,把湿性材料一起混合至糖份完全融化及乳化。

3) Last, pour the wet mixture into flour mixture and combine until become dough form .
最后,将混合好的湿性液体倒入面粉里,拌匀成面团即可。

Wrap the cookies dough with plastic wrap and flatten with rolling pin about 0.4cm thick. Then, use the knife to cut out the triangle shape or you can use any cookies cutter to cut out the shape that you like. After that, put into oven bake at 160C for 10 minutes (remove the cookies and use knife to cut the line again) then turn the oven temperature to 150C , bake for 15 minutes until golden brown .

用保鲜膜将面团包起,再用擀面器把面团擀到大约0.4公分厚。然后用刀子割上三角型,或者使用饼干模具割出你喜爱的形状。之后,放入烤箱以160度烤10分钟(取出饼干再次用刀子切割条纹),然后把温度降低为150度,烤15分钟至金黄色即可。

It’s so delicious to eat with a layer of  blueberry jam. It just perfect for afternoon tea! Hope you enjoy =)
