Almond Apple Crumb Pie

Freshly baked ! It is hot and crispy crumbly crust. Once you bite, you’ll want to have it again and again ^^ That’s why before start the photo shooting, I already ate half of it . This is very healthy apple pie without butter . So, no need to worry about high calories !  Let’s started ~

新鲜出炉!热腾腾苹果馅,散发着杏仁香气的酥脆派皮。咬下第一口,你绝对无法控制第二,第三口….. ^^这就是为什么在拍摄前,我已经吃了一半。这是非常健康的奶酥苹果派。所以,不需要担心高热量!让我们开始吧〜

Ingredients / 步骤

PIE CRUST 派皮

1. Whole wheat flour – 65 grams ( sieved)
小麦粉-65克

2. Ground almond – 20 grams
杏仁粹粉-20克

3.Grape seed oil –  1 + 1/2 tablespoon
葡萄籽油-1 +1/2 汤匙

4.Salt – half teaspoon
盐巴-半茶匙

APPLE FILLING / 苹果馅

1. Apples – 3 pcs of apples ( 1 green & 2 red )
苹果-3颗(1粒青 & 2粒红)

2.Brown sugar – 30 grams
黑糖-30克

3.Honey – 2 tablespoons
蜂蜜-2汤匙

4.Cinnamon powder – 10 grams
肉桂粉-10克

CRUMBLE DOUGH / 奶酥

1.Cake flour – 20 grams
低筋面粉-20克

2. Whole wheat flour – 20 grams
小麦粉-20克

3.Almond flour – 20 grams
杏仁粹粉-20克

4.Brown sugar – 20 grams
黑糖-20克

5.Grapeseed oil – 2 tablespoons
葡萄籽油-2汤匙

Steps / 步骤:

Make the pie crust. Combined all the dry ingredients into a large bowl , then mix well with a fork.
制作派皮。将干性材料倒入大碗里,然后用叉子混合均匀。

Pour in the grapeseed oil into the flour mixture and stir until no big lumps.
倒入葡萄籽油,拌匀至无大颗粒。

Press the lump of flour into very fine pieces .
将面粉颗粒按压成细小的粉状。

Transfer the flour mixture into pie pan. Spread evenly the flour mixture and use the fingers to press hard on all sides.
把混合好的面粉倒入派盘上。将面粉分配均匀后,用手指在每个部位都大力挤压。

Spray some of water on pie crust but not too soggy.
在派皮上撒上一些水但不要太过于潮湿。

Preheat the oven at 200C , bake for 15 mins. Then set aside.
预热烤箱在200度,烘烤15分钟。之后,备用。

Make the crumbles dough. Mix in all the ingredients into large bowl , then pour in grape seed oil and combined the mixture until crumbly.
制作奶酥。将所有材料混合在大碗里,然后倒入葡萄籽油,拌匀至松散颗粒状即可。

Make the filling. Cut the apples into bite sizes. Heat up the pan with medium fire, add in all pieces of apple and brown sugar.
制作苹果馅。将苹果切成小块状。开中火,预热锅子后,加入全部的苹果丁与黑糖。

When the brown sugar start dissolved and keep boiling then add in honey and cinnamon powder. Stir until combined .
当黑糖开始溶化并开始沸腾时,加入蜂蜜和肉桂粉,搅拌均匀。

Transfer the apple filling into pie pan and spread the crumble on top evenly. Then bake at 200C for 10 -12 minutes.
将苹果馅加入饼派上,再把奶酥均匀的撒在上面即可。然后,再次送入烤箱里以200度,烤10-12分钟。
