This is my first time making these mouth watering eggplant dish. It is typically served with pita chips , vegetables or slice of bread. In this recipe , I mix in the salted flavor Soybeans and it’s just great to served with plain rice either porridge too . The eggplant sauce is soft and smooth , savory and so satisfying. I love these healthy yummy sauce ^.^ B
Steps / 步骤：
Use a fork to poke little holes on eggplant surface. If you like ,you also can cut half then and slightly cut line just like the photo shown,then sprinkle some salt on the surface. Transfer the eggplants to baking pan and preheat the oven at 200C , bake for 25- 30 minutes(depends on the size of eggplant) until soft and charred.
