Healthy Vegan Scramble Eggs

This is another interesting homemade vegan dish. Tofu is high in protein and it’s a great substitute  for eggs . Tofu scramble eggs is quick and easy to make recipe. It is suitable for vegetarians and for some adults or kids who are sensitive on dairy products . Let’s get started our recipe today ~

这是一个有趣的自制纯素的菜肴。豆腐是高蛋白质,而且也可以当鸡蛋的替代品。素蛋是一道快速及容易的料理,也很适合素食者和一些对奶制品敏感的成人或小孩。让我们开始我们今天的食谱〜

Ingredients / 材料:-

1) Extra-firm Tofu – half size
豆腐-一半

2) Grated pumpkin – 30 grams
磨粹的南瓜-30克

3) Turmeric / Curry Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
姜黄粉/咖哩粉- 半茶匙

4) Seasoning with salt and sugar to taste
盐和糖调味

Steps /步骤:-

Place tofu on plate and lined with kitchen towel to absorb the water. Then use a fork to smash the tofu and add in the grated pumpkin, mix until combine.
将豆腐放在盘子上然后用厨房纸巾把多余的水份吸干。之后,用叉子把豆腐压烂在加入磨粹的南瓜,搅拌拌匀。

Next, add the turmeric or curry powder to turns the tofu yolk-yellow colour . Then seasoning some salt and sugar to taste .
接着,加入姜黄粉或咖哩粉让豆腐变成如蛋黄色一样再拌入盐和糖。

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Then cook the tofu mixture 4-5 minutes until tofu is warmed through.
开中火,将锅子里的油预热后,把豆腐加入锅子里炒。 炒大约4-5分钟至到豆腐熟透即可。

Last,sprinkle some black sesame and parsley flake . Done !
最后,撒上少许的黑芝麻和香菜片。完成!
