Ingredients / 材料：－
2) Grated pumpkin – 30 grams
3) Turmeric / Curry Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
4) Seasoning with salt and sugar to taste
Place tofu on plate and lined with kitchen towel to absorb the water. Then use a fork to smash the tofu and add in the grated pumpkin, mix until combine.
