Roasted Sesame Toast

Sesame seeds is my favorite food material. I use it at every meal everyday =) Sesame seeds can be roasted or eating raw with rice and vegetables or mix together with salad, too. For today breakfast recipe , I use the whole grains bread coated with black and white sesame seeds then bake it until crispy golden brown. The roasted sesame seeds bring out the flavor and makes the crispy toast tastier ^.-

芝麻粒是我最爱的料理食材。我几乎每天都会用在餐食里。芝麻粒可烤或搭配米饭或拌入沙拉里一起生吃。今天的早餐食谱,我使用了全麦吐司沾上黑白芝麻,然后送进烤箱里烘烤至酥脆带金黄色。烘烤后的芝麻带出独特的芝麻香使吐司更香脆可口^.-

Ingredients / 食材:

1. Whole grains bread – 3pcs
全麦吐司-3片

2. Sesame seeds – small amount
芝麻-适量

3. Soy milk – small amount (soak the bread)
豆奶-适量 (用来浸泡吐司)

Spread the fruit jam evenly on bread. I like the cranberries flavor, so yummy  =) you can choose any fruit jam that you prefer. Then cover with the 2nd layer of bread and continue for the 3rd one ..

将果酱均匀的涂抹在吐司片上。我特爱蔓越莓果酱,太美味了=)你可选择任何你喜爱的果酱。然后,盖上第2片吐司再继续进行第3片。

Cut the bread into 4 portions and soak with thin layer of soy milk. Combine white and black sesame and spread evenly in the plate. Then the both sides of bread roll in the sesame seeds and coat evenly.

将吐司切成4份,然后浸泡薄薄一层的豆奶。在盘了将黑白芝麻混合均匀再把吐司的双面均匀的沾上芝麻粒。

Place all the sesame breads on baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 150 C, bake for 15-18 minutes until the edge of bread crispy golden brown.

将全部的芝麻吐司摆在铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上。预热烤箱在150度,烘烤15-18分钟至到吐司边呈现酥脆金黄色即可。
