Eggless Sesame Oatmeal Cookies

I love anything to mix them with sesame seeds. Today I prepared the eggless sesame oatmeal cookies. These cookies are healthy , crunchy taste and what I love about the recipe is eggless and without butter =) This recipe is definitely a nutrition oat snacks to serve with afternoon tea !

我喜欢什么都与芝麻做结合。今天我准备了不含鸡蛋的芝麻燕麦小饼干。这些饼干非常健康,脆脆的口感,这食谱当中我最爱的重点是完全不加鸡蛋,无脂=)这绝对是营养燕麦点心正配下午茶!

*Pre-heat the oven @ 160 C / 预热烤箱160度

Ingredients / 食材:-

(DRY Ingredients)
干性食材

1. Cake flour – 50 grams (Sieved)
低筋面粉 - 50克(过筛)

2. Oatmeal – 50 grams ( blended until fine texture)
燕麦片-50克(磨粹成细小状)

3. Brown sugar – 30 grams (Sieved)
黑糖-30克 (过筛)

4.Pumpkin seeds – 30 grams (roasted)
南瓜籽-30克(烤过)

5. Sesame seeds – 20 grams  (roasted)
黑白芝麻-20克(烤过)

6. A pinch of salt
一小撮盐巴

(WET Ingredients) 
湿性食材

7.Grapeseed oil – 2 tablespoons
葡萄籽油-2汤匙

8.Soy milk – 2 tablespoons
豆奶-2汤匙

Steps / 步骤:-

In a mixing bowl, pour in all the dry ingredients and combined well the flour.
在大碗里拌入所有的干性食材,然后把面粉搅拌均匀。

Then, in a small bowl mix in the grapeseed oil with soy milk and stir until combined. Next, using a rubber spatula, fold the wet ingredients into flour mixture.
之后,在小碗里将葡萄籽油和豆奶一起混合均匀。接着,用橡皮刮刀以切割的方式将湿材料和面粉类一起混合。

Add in the roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds mix until combine.
加入烤过的南瓜籽和芝麻一起拌匀即可。

Roll the mixture into small ball, flatten slightly. Place them onto baking pan with line of parchment paper. Then bake for 30 minutes at 160 C .
取少量面团搓成小球,稍微压扁再放在已经铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上。然后,以160度烘烤30分钟。

Let’s the cookies completely cool on wire rack.
让饼干完全冷却在架子上。
