Vegan Popcorn Chicken

I love craving vegan food recently. I am not a completely vegetarian but i try to eat less meat! Normally,I’m vegetarian diet on weekdays.During weekend, i will choose to eat some white meat like fish or chicken as main course. Meatless meals are perfect healthy lifestyle.In the meantime it’s save money, too..Agree ? YES ! So, today recipe i want to share is golden colour, crunchy taste and bite sized vegan popcorn chicken ~ It is a mouthwatering vegan dish, I hope you enjoy =)

最近我很常吃素食料理。我不是一个完全素食者,但我尽量少摄取肉类!平日的我是以吃蔬菜类来瘦身。周末时,我会选择吃一些白肉如鱼肉或鸡肉当主食。素食餐提供完美健康的生活方式,而且吃素食料理很省钱..赞同吗?是的!所以,今天我想分享的食谱是色泽带金黄,口感酥脆,形状小小的的素食爆米花鸡肉块〜这是一道令人垂涎三尺的素食料理,我希望你会喜欢哟=)

Here’s the chickpeas canned that I bought .

Ingredients / 食材:-

Chickpeas – 1 canned
鹰嘴豆 – 1罐

Cornstarch – 3 tablespoons
玉粟粉- 3汤匙

Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
酱油-2汤匙

Honey – 2 tablespoons
蜂蜜-2汤匙

White pepper to taste
胡椒粉调味

Sesame oil for pan fry
芝麻油用来热锅

Steps / 步骤:-

Use a fork to crush the chickpeas.
用叉子把鹰嘴豆压至烂。

Add in the soy sauce, white pepper ,honey and mix until combine.
加入酱油,胡椒粉,蜂蜜然后混合均匀。

Next, add in the cornstarch and stir well.
接着,加入玉粟粉再拌匀即可。

Heat sesame oil in the frying pan, formed the chickpeas mixture into bite size balls and fry until golden brown.Then drain the excess oil with kitchen towel and ready to serve.

将芝麻油倒入平底锅里预热后,把鹰嘴豆混合泥形成小小容易入口的球状再煎至金黄色。之后,利用厨房纸巾吸取多余的油分就可以准备上桌咯~
