Salmon Baked in Parchment Packet

Today step into 1st of September, let’s start with the simple healthy Salmon recipe in the parchment paper. This is sounds very great. In this recipe, the salmon fillet is cooked simply in the parchment pocket with few slices of lemon, parsley flakes and some vegetables and mushrooms.Then fold it tight and bake it.That’s simple! The baked salmon is retains all juices with their own flavor and it’s nutritional value. You should try this quick ,easy and elegant recipe ^-^

今天已经踏入了9月1日,让我们以一张烘焙纸便可完成简单又健康的烤鲑鱼食谱吧。在这食谱当中,只需要在烘焙纸里放入鲑鱼片,柠檬片,香菜片和一些蔬菜及洋菇即可.之后,把烘培纸折紧密,放入烤箱里烘烤。食谱就如此的简单!烤鲑鱼可以保留原汁原味以及它的营养价值。你应该试试这快速,简单又优雅的食谱^_^

Ingredients/食材:-

*Preheat oven at 200C / 预热烤箱在200度

Salmon fillet - 1 piece
鲑鱼-1片

White button mushrooms – cut slices
洋菇- 切片

Sweet corn – small amount
甜玉米-适量

Carrots – cut strips
红萝卜-切条状

Few slices of lemon & some lemon juice
适量柠檬片 & 适量的柠檬汁

Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
橄榄油-1汤匙

Seasoning – salt, black pepper , parsley flakes
调味料-盐巴,黑胡椒粉,香菜片

Steps/步骤:-

Preheat oven to 200 C and prepare a piece of parchment paper and fold half.
先预热烤箱在200度,然后准备一张烤培纸再折半。

First, cut the white button mushroom into slices and put on the parchment paper.
首先,将洋菇切片然后铺在烤培纸上。

Place the salmon fillet on top with other ingredients. Then drizzle olive oil , lemon juice and seasoning with salt, black pepper and parsley flakes.
将鲑鱼和其他食材一同摆再洋菇上。之后,淋上橄榄油,柠檬汁再加入调味料如盐巴,黑胡椒和一些香菜片。

To close the parchment packet, tightly fold the curved edge around the salmon.
之后,把烘培纸的曲边紧紧的围绕着鲑鱼片以折叠方式紧密包好。

Twist the ends of the packet to close completely.
在鲑鱼纸包的尾端稍微扭曲一下以确保完全封密。

Now, transfer your half-moon cut design of  parchment packet on the baking pan and bake at 200C for 15- 20 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
现在,把半月形的鲑鱼包放在烤盘上,送进烤箱以200度烘烤15-20分钟至鲑鱼和蔬菜完全熟透即可。

Last, snip the centre open with scissors and ready to serve hot .Yum Yum ~
最后,用剪刀在鲑鱼包的中间剪开,热腾腾的准备上桌咯~ 好好吃!
