Eggless Homemade Doughnuts

Today is quite fresh for me to make these childhood donuts.The childhood donuts reminds me a lot of sweet memories😉 I’m feel so excited and nervous because this is the first time I making it myself.This eggless homemade donuts recipe is excellent and the taste totally the same that you buy in bakery shop.It’s definitely a sweet treat for kids and family ^.-

今天制作甜甜圈对我来说是件非常新鲜的事。这童年甜甜圈让我回想起许多小时候的童年回忆;)在制作的过程中感到非常兴奋又紧张,毕竟是人生第一次尝试制作~ 这无蛋手工甜甜圈食谱很棒,口感完全不输给面包店所卖的哦~ 这全素无蛋的甜甜圈绝对是小孩及家人的甜点之一^.-

Ingredients /食材:-

Plain flour – 120 grams
低筋面粉- 120克

Wheat flour – 120 grams
全麦面粉- 120克

White sugar – 40 grams
白糖-40克

Unsalted butter – 30 grams
无盐奶油- 30克

Soy milk – 1 cup
豆奶- 1杯

Instant Yeast – 1 pack (7 grams)
速發酵母粉- 1包 (7 公克)

Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
香草精 -1茶匙

Salt – 1 teaspoon
盐-1茶匙

Steps/步骤:-

Mix in the plain flour , wheat flour , sugar and salt into a large bowl. Then stir until well combine and set aside.
将面粉,全麦面粉,糖及盐倒入大碗里一起混合均匀,备用。

Prepare 1 cup of lukewarm soymilk then add the softened butter let it melted. Add the instant yeast and vanilla extract into the soymilk mixture and mix it. Set aside.
准备一杯温豆奶(烘培测量杯)再加入室温的奶油让它融化。之后,加入酵母粉,拌匀备用。

Add the risen yeast mixture to the flour mixture.
将豆奶发酵混合液加入面粉里。

Transfer the sticky dough on the counter and knead the dough until smooth and soft.
把粘手的面团移到台面上,然后将面团搓至顺滑及柔软。

Now, coated a thin layer of butter or olive oil on the bowl surface and keep the dough rising for 30 mins to 1 hour by covering with plastic wrap.
现在,在碗里涂抹薄薄一层的奶油或橄榄油。然后,将面团放入碗里让它发酵30分钟至1小时并利用保鲜膜封密。

After 30 minutes, the dough has risen double its quantity, punch it lightly and knead it to take out the air.
30分钟后,面团会膨胀两倍大,然后手握拳头轻轻的压再搓揉面团使面团里的空气挤压出来。

Dust the rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough till 1cm thickness . Then, use the donut cutter to cut out the dough and keep these donuts by covered with plastic wrap or a wet kitchen towel for rising another 30 minutes.
将擀面棍撒上一些面粉,把面团擀至1公分厚度。然后,利用甜甜圈压模把圆形面团割出,再次封密静置30分钟。

Once the donuts cut risen to double size, you can start to deep frying. Fly the dough on medium heat until both sides golden brown.
一旦甜甜圈面团膨胀至两倍大后,你便可开始进入热炸的步骤。将油锅开中火,然后把甜甜圈面团慢慢的放入热锅里炸至双面金黄色即可。

Once donuts are done, put them on kitchen towel for getting out the excess oil.
甜甜圈起锅后再利用厨房纸巾把多余的油分给吸除。

Let the donuts cold down a bit only coated with white sugar or dust with powdered sugar.
让甜甜圈稍微冷却一些后再沾上砂糖或糖份。

      Thank you lilacandpeaches =) You can dip the top of the warm donuts into glaze or cinnamon sugar mixture .. both totally mouth watering ^^ Hope you enjoy ~
