Matcha Latte

Matcha is a powder of green tea,everyone knows it’s high in antioxidants and has a wide range of health benefit. I love the aroma and the strong taste itself, especially the matcha ice-cream, desserts and drinks. It’s really hard for me to resist all matcha food! The relaxing weekend is the great time to prepare an easy Matcha Latte..Let’s “Keep calm and Enjoy Matcha Latte” =)

抹茶着是绿茶粉,每个人都知道它含高抗氧化剂,具有广泛的健康效益。我爱抹茶独特香气及那股浓浓强烈的味道,特别是抹茶冰淇淋,甜点及饮料等。这对我来说是非常难抗拒一起有关抹茶的食品!在悠闲的周末,是最佳时刻准备一杯简单而容易上手的抹茶拿铁。。Let’s “Keep calm and Enjoy Matcha Latte” (保持冷静并享受抹茶拿铁 =)

Ingredients / 食材:

Soy milk – 2 cups
豆奶- 2杯的分量

Matcha powder – 3 Tablespoons
抹茶粉- 3汤匙

Brown Sugar – 2 Teaspoons
黑糖- 2茶匙

Honey – 1 Tablespoons (to taste)
蜂蜜- 1汤匙(调味)

Steps / 步骤:-

1) Heat the pan with small flame . Add the matcha powder into soy milk and stir until combine.
以小火预热锅子。倒入豆奶与抹茶粉混合均匀。

2)Simmer until get small bubbles, then add the brown sugar and stir until brown sugar dissolve. Remove from heat.
小火煮至冒泡后,加入黑糖搅拌至黑糖完全溶化。熄火。

3)Filter out the soy milk to remove the big lump.
将抹茶豆浆过滤,去掉结块的颗粒状。

4)Sweeten to taste with honey . Done !
加入蜂蜜以调味适当的甜度。完成!
