Crispy Cod Fish Fillet with Seaweed

Chinese New Year is around the corner! Now every families are busy to preparing variety of festival cookies and addictive snacks.These crispy snacks are one of the festival food for Chinese New Year.It’s smell very fragrant after roasted in the oven.Besides, it is so addictive after you eat one from another. I really can’t stop grabbing it while writing the recipe now ^.^ It is super easy to make it and I’m sure these crispy snacks will definitely not enough for your family ^.- Let’s try !

农历新年即将来临了!这期间各家各户都在为新年而准备了不同款式及不同口味的小饼干或新年小吃当零嘴。这酥脆小吃是其中一款在新年期间的零食之一。经过烤箱所烘烤后的鳕鱼丝特别的香脆而且吃了一口就马上上瘾^_^说着说着,正在写食谱的当儿,我完全停不了口=P 其实,制作方法超级的简单,我敢肯定这零嘴小吃绝对不足够供应给你的家人^。^ 大家一起尝试做做看吧 ~

Ingredients / 食谱:-

Cod Fish Fillet – 1 pack
鳕鱼香丝- 1包

Nori Seaweed – 2 sheets
海苔片-2张

Honey – 1 tablespoon
蜂蜜- 1大匙

White sesame seed – 3 tablespoons
白芝麻粒- 3大匙

Steps / 步骤:-

1)Cut the nori seaweed into strips.
将海苔片剪成条状。

2)Use a scissor to cut 5 strips of cod fish fillet together into half.
把5条鳕鱼丝堆集一起,再利用剪刀剪成一半。

3)Brush the first and the end side of nori seaweed with water then roll it over until end.
在海苔的前端与尾端都刷上少许的水,再把鳕鱼丝一起卷起。

4)Lightly brush some honey at the nori seaweed part and press on the sesame seeds.
在海苔的部分稍微刷上蜂蜜,然后轻压上芝麻粒。

Preheat oven at 140 C ,bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown . Let them to cool on wire rack and immediately store into airtight container.

预热烤箱在140度,烘烤10-12分钟或直到金黄色即可。把鳕鱼海苔酥卷放凉后,赶紧装入密封罐子里。
