Nutella Matcha Cupcake

Matcha flavor always is my first choice of every desserts and drinks. I love the tea powder with little bitter taste of matcha. Meanwhile, the colour,the taste and the aroma itself make me feel naturally and refreshing.Sometimes, I prefer to treat myself a single cupcake during the tea break. This cupcake is very suitable for those who don’t have spare time to bake a batch of cupcakes in the kitchen.So, with this quick and easy without any professional skill recipe, they come out great and firm texture of delicious afternoon treat =)

抹茶口味的甜点或饮料永远是我的第一选择。我喜欢抹茶略带苦涩的味道而抹茶的绿色,抹茶的口味及抹茶的香气,让我感觉自然和清新。有时候,我还蛮喜欢在享受下午茶的时刻为自己制做一人份的杯子蛋糕。这食谱非常适合给予一些朋友们想吃蛋糕却没有空闲时间来烘烤一大批的分量。所以,下午茶时刻的最佳小甜点是可以那么简单,快速也无需任何技巧却能烤出口感扎实,美味的杯子蛋糕哦~=)

Ingredients / 食材:

Flour – 3 Tablespoon
低筋面粉-3汤匙

Matcha- 1 Tablespoon
抹茶粉-1汤匙

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
泡打粉-1小匙

Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
糖-2汤匙

Grape seed oil – 1 Tablespoon
葡萄籽油 - 1汤匙

Nutella – 2 Tablespoons
Nutella巧克力酱- 2汤匙

Chocolate chips – little amount
巧克力豆-适量

An Egg
1颗蛋

A pinch of salt
一小撮盐

Steps / 步骤:-

1)Crack an egg into a bowl, add in sugar and salt, mix well.
将蛋打入碗中,加入白糖和盐,混合均匀。

2)Sieve the flour ,matcha powder and baking powder into egg mixture.
将面粉,抹茶粉,泡打粉一起过筛到蛋液里。

3)Add the grape seed oil , mix well.
加入葡萄籽油,混合均匀。

1)Pour in 1/2 amount of matcha mixture into ramekin then add the nutella and cover with another half of matcha mixture.
*Brush a thin layer of oil inside the ramekin to prevent sticking.

倒入1/2分量的抹茶面糊到小杯里,然后加入nutella巧克力酱,再倒入另一半的抹茶面糊即可。
*在杯子里刷上薄层的油脂以方便脱模。

2) Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top
撒上适量的巧克力豆。

3)Preheat oven at 180 C , bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until insert the toothpick come out with clean .
预热烤箱在180度,烘烤15-20分钟或插入竹签,取出时是干净的即可。
