Nutella Bread Rolls

Nutella is amazing! Everyone loves nutella ^.^ Nutella not only delicious and its can be used to make a lot of sweet dessert or even just spread on the breads.Recently, I found my nutella will be expired soon.So, I’m decided to use them as bread rolls filling.These sweet little nutella bread rolls are great for my morning breakfast. Let’s get started =)

Nutella巧克力酱太赞了!几乎尝试过的人都爱上那浓郁带稠的巧克力口感^.^ Nutella巧克力酱不只是美味而且还可以使用它制做许多不同类型的甜点甚至把它当成面包抹酱。近期,我发现家中的nutella快要过期了。所以,临时决定把它当成面包卷的内陷。 把浓浓巧克力馅杯子面包卷当成早餐,可让你一整天都充满活力Y(^_^)Y

Ingredients / 食材:

Bread flour – 120g
高筋面粉- 120克

Cake flour – 30g
低筋面粉-30克

Skim milk powder – 7g
奶粉-7克

Instant yeast – 2.5g
即溶酵母粉-2.5克

Sugar – 10g
糖-10克

Salt – 3g
盐-3克

Water – 100 ml
水-100毫升

Grape seed oil – 5g
葡萄籽油-5克

Nutella – some amount
Nutella巧克力酱- 适量

Steps / 步骤:

1)To prepare the bread dough please refer to White Sesame Full Cup Bread‘s recipe. It’s take me about 15-20 mins to knead the dough until smooth.
面团制作请参考芝麻杯面包食谱。这面团我揉了大约15-20分钟至面团表面平整光滑。

2)Lightly press out the air。
轻轻的按压,把面团里的空气排出。

3)Flatten the dough and roll with rolling pin into rectangle.
用擀面棍把面团按压再擀成长方型。

4)Spread nutella on top and roll it up.
在面皮表面上涂上一层nutella巧克力酱。

5)Wrap and pinch tightly.
把面皮和馅料紧密的包起来。

1)Cut the bread roll into 8 sections of equal length.
将面包卷分割成8小段相等的长度。

2)Place 2pcs of bread rolls together inside the cupcake pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 30 minutes or until they have doubled in size.
将分割好的2个面包卷放入杯子蛋糕模具里。 盖上保鲜膜,再进行第二次的发酵大约30分钟或至到体积双倍大。

3)Preheat oven at 180C , bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
预热烤箱在180度,烘烤15-20分钟至金黄色即可。
