Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

This creamy mashed potatoes are perfectly mixed with roasted garlic, olive oil and parsley flakes. The roasted garlic will bring out its sweet and flavor. I’m sure that many of mashed potatoes lovers will like this perfect roasted garlic version. Let’s get started =)

这意式蒜香马铃薯泥融合了浓郁的蒜香味,健康橄榄油及淡淡巴西利的绿色香气。经过烘烤的大蒜,散发了蒜香及带出香甜味。我肯定爱吃马铃薯泥的朋友一定会喜欢这款绵绵顺滑充满大蒜新口味的马铃薯泥=)

Ingredients / 食谱:-

Potato(small) – 3 pcs
马铃薯(小)-3粒

Garlic – 1 pc
大蒜- 1粒

Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon
橄榄油-1汤匙

Fresh milk – 3 Tablespoons
鲜奶-3汤匙

Seasoning – salt , black pepper , parsley
调味-盐巴,黑胡椒粉,巴西利

Steps / 步骤:-

[Pre-heat oven to 190C]

1) Cut off the top quarter of garlic.
將整顆大蒜的前部切除,再輕輕的剝落大蒜的外皮。

2) Remove the white skins of garlic .
輕輕的剝落大蒜的外皮。

3) Prepare a piece of aluminium foil and place the garlic in the middle of aluminium sheet.
準備一張鋁鉑紙,把大蒜放在正中間。

4) Drizzle garlic with olive oil .
將橄欖油均勻的淋在大蒜的表面層。

1) Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder .
撒上少許的鹽巴和黑胡椒粉。

2) Wrap garlic in foil and place into cupcake pan or a small bowl (oil will easily spread out during baking time and this will help easy cleaning purpose)
將鋁鉑紙緊密的把大蒜包覆起來,放在蛋糕模具或小碗中。(*因為在烘烤過程中,油分會外流而弄髒烤盤)

3) Preheat oven at 190C , bake for 45 minutes or until garlic tender.
預熱烤箱在攝氏190度,烘烤45分鐘即可。

1) Rinse the potatoes with water and cut into bites size.
將馬鈴薯沖洗乾淨,切塊。

2) Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water and cook until soft and tender.
把馬鈴薯塊放入一鍋熱滾水中煮至熟軟。

3) Drain and use fork to mashed the potatoes until smooth.
起鍋後,把水分瀝乾,用叉子把熟透的馬鈴薯壓成泥狀。

4) Add fresh milk and mix well .
加入鮮奶,拌勻。

1) Squeeze out garlic cloves, add into mashed potato.
把烘烤後的大蒜取出,加入到馬鈴薯泥裡。

2) Use fork to mix roasted garlic and mashed potato together.
用叉子按壓和馬鈴薯泥一起拌勻。

3) Seasoning with salt, parsley and black pepper, mix well.
加入巴西利,胡椒粉和兩小撮鹽調味,拌勻。

Before serve, drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil to increase the moisture taste of mashed potatoes.
在上桌前可淋上1茶匙的橄欖油以增加馬鈴薯泥的濕潤口感。

Lastly, garnish with some parsley and sesame seeds on top. Done !
最後,撒上少許的巴西利和芝麻粒做點綴。完成!
