Thin Noodles Pizza

Thin noodles are the most common varieties of noodles in Asian. Thin noodles can be used in soup , deep fried or stir fried with light sauce and vegetables. So, today recipe I will use thin noodle to make a crispy crust homemade noodle pizza =) It’s a great snack for kids and family. Let’s get started ~

面线在亚洲是很普遍的面食之一。面线可以用在汤里,油炸甚至搭配酱汁和蔬菜一起炒。今天的食谱,我利用了面线做成酥脆又爽口的面线披萨。面线披萨绝对是很棒的家庭小吃,大人小孩也喜爱。

Ingredients / 食材:-

Thin noodle – 100g
面线- 100克

Chinese Chives – 30g
韭菜-30克

Carrot cubes- 20g
红萝卜丁-20克

Ginger slices- 20g
姜丝-20克

Dry sea shrimps(small) – 20g
小虾米-20壳

Egg – 4pcs
鸡蛋-4粒

Low protein flour – 2 Tablespoons
低筋面粉-2 汤匙

Seasoning / 调味 :-

Black pepper – little amount
黑胡椒粉-适量

Roasted white sesame seeds – little amount
白芝麻(烤)-适量

Soy sauce – 2 Tablespoons
生抽-2汤匙

Sugar – 1 tablespoon
糖-1汤匙

Sesame oil – 2 Tablespoons
芝麻油- 2汤匙

Steps / 步骤:-

1)Put the thin noodles into hot boiling water and cook for 1 minutes, drain well.
将面线放入热滚水中煮1分钟,再沥干水分。

2)Add 1 egg and all veggie ingredients with seasoning, mix until combine.
加入所有的食材和调味料,混合均匀。

1) Heat up the pan with medium frame, put the thin noodle in and use a spoon to flatten the noodle surface.
开中火预热锅子,放入面线,用汤匙把面线压平再干煎。

2) Cover with lid, fry each side for 5 mins or until golden brown and crispy crust, set aside.
盖上锅盖,干煎两面5分钟或表面呈现酥脆金黄色,备用。

3) Add little sesame oil, add beaten eggs.
加入芝麻油,倒入蛋液。

4) Place the crispy noodle on top when the eggs almost set .  Done !
当蛋开始要凝固时,把煎好的酥脆面线叠在蛋的上面即可。完成!
