Matcha with Cocoa ice-cream??? or Cookies?? Yes , they are Ice-cream Scoop Cookies!!  Aren’t these look cute^.- ? Recently the weather in my hometown are hitting 100 degree celsius, it’s damn hot and I feel like melting myself from inside to outside  =p  So, here is what I’m played fun with these cute cookies in hot sweating day ^.^ I make these cookies in the shape of an ice-cream scoop with my favorite matcha and cocoa flavor. This recipe is so fun and you can add whatever colours or flavors that you preferred.Besides, you even can add some chocolate chips, nuts and dried fruits to make them better taste. I really love these Ice-cream scoop cookies idea , that’s really melted my heart =)

抹茶冰淇淋??? 还是饼干呢?? 没错,这是冰淇淋饼干!这饼干是不是看起来特别的可爱呢^.- ? 最近在我家乡的天气可说是达到100摄氏度,真的超级无敌的热,连我都快融化了~ 所以,在炎热的气候下,制做一些小玩意的可爱饼干来逗趣自已和家人。将饼干制作成冰淇淋的模样,再加入自已喜爱的抹茶和可可口味。这饼干食谱很有趣,你可以任意加上自已喜爱的颜色及口味。而外,还可以添加一些巧克力豆,坚果和干果等使口感更加的丰富。我超爱这冰淇淋饼干的构思,它真的把我的心给融化了^_^

Ingredients / 食材:-

[Matcha Dough/ 抹茶面团]

Flour – 160g
低筋面粉- 160克

Unsalted butter – 100g
无盐奶油- 100克

Powdered sugar – 50g
糖粉-40克

Matcha powder – 10g
抹茶粉-10克

Chocolate Chips – 30g
巧克力豆 - 30克

A pinch of salt
一小撮盐巴

[Cocoa Dough/可可面团]

Flour – 160g
低筋面粉- 160克

Unsalted butter – 100g
无盐奶油- 100克

Powdered sugar – 50g
糖粉-40克

Cocoa powder(unsweetened) – 10g
可可粉(无糖)- 10g

Chocolate chips – 30g
巧克力豆 - 30克

A pinch of salt
一小撮盐巴

Steps / 步骤:-

Foto-ice cream cookies
1) Cream the butter, add powder sugar, salt and matcha powder mix until combine.
将奶油搅拌至乳霜状,加入糖粉,盐和抹茶粉,再搅拌至均匀。

2) Sieve the flour into butter mixture and mix well .
筛入面粉到奶油里,搅拌至无粉状。

3) Add the chocolate chips, mix well.
加入耐烤培的巧克力豆,拌匀。

4) Prepare an ice-cream scoop, randomly stick both cookies dough together.
准备一个冰淇淋勺, 随意的把两中不同的面团叠在一起。

5) Squeezed the scoop until cookies dough popped out on a parchment lined cookie sheet
将冰淇淋面团挤压在已铺好烘培纸的烤盘上。

6) Pre-heat oven at 160 C , bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
预热烤箱在160度c, 烘烤12-14分钟即可。
