Mini Cinnamon Rolls

欢喜~ 又来到周末了!耶Y(^_^)Y 最近,我和妈妈爱尝试一些独特家常美食。我们俩非常陶醉在烹饪及烘培上,大家都乐在其中呢~ 每天可以和妈妈相处在一起,感觉棒极了。妈妈很爱我为她准备的一切美食,无论是蛋糕还是饼干,她都一一的把它吞下肚子里去…哈哈😄 我们家的妈妈是属于怎么吃也吃不胖的瘦子族群(别羡慕哦~哈哈😄)我更希望晚年的自已也能和妈妈一样维持着瘦子窈窕的身材^_^ 这迷你吐司肉桂卷是获得妈妈竖起大拇指的早餐食谱哦^.^B 制做步骤是如此的简单又快速,让我们一起开始这简易的自家的肉桂卷吧 ~

Ingredients / 食材:-

Wheat bread – 5pcs
麦面包-5片

Butter – 2 Tablespoons
奶油- 2汤匙

[ To make Cinnamon Sugar / 制做肉桂糖 ]

Cinnamon powder – 1 Tablespoon
肉桂粉 — 1汤匙

Castor sugar – 30g
白糖- 30克

Steps / 步骤:-

1)Remove the bread crusts .
将面包皮去掉。

** You can bake the bread crusts as well .. Don’t waste it ~
** 你也可以将面包皮放入烤箱一起烘烤,别浪费哦~

2)Flatten the bread with rolling pin.
用擀面棍把面包擀平。

3)Coated a thin layer of butter on bread.
在面包上涂抹一层奶油。

4)Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on bread.
撒上适量的肉桂糖。

1)Fold both sides of bread to middle.
将面包的两侧往中间折。

2)Roll up the bread.
把面包卷起。

3)Use a knife cut into half .
使用刀子切半。

4)Place them into the cupcake baking pan.
放入杯子蛋糕的烤盘里。

5)Preheat oven at 200 C, bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Done !
预热烤箱在 200度C, 烘烤10-12分钟或直到金黄色即可。完成!
