Best Natural Banana Cake

Banana is one of the important fruits in my daily life. Every morning I will prepare 1 banana for my husband to bring for work and 1 banana for myself as breakfast meal. Sometimes I will use bananas to make a cake or making some of banana recipes. Recently, my mom asked me to bake the banana cake which is much moist and natural taste. She said banana cake is her favorite cake and the homemade cake always the best because of no artificial essence or food additives added. Ya, I totally agreed with her! Nowadays, the tainted foods is everywhere.If concerned about the food safety problems, I preferred doing it myself at home🙂 So, here’s the natural banana cake recipe for today .Let’s see what ingredients we need and the steps to follow:-

香蕉,在我的日常生活里是最重要的水果之一。每天早上我都习惯性的为邹先生准备1根香蕉让他带去上班,而我自已却会吃完早餐后再补充一根香蕉来增加能量。有时候,我会把多余的香蕉加在蛋糕里做成香蕉蛋糕或是其他的香蕉食谱及一些香蕉的夹馅等等…最近,妈妈说她想吃拥有家庭风味并带湿润口感的香蕉磅蛋糕。她说香蕉蛋糕是她最爱吃的蛋糕之一,而且家里自制的蛋糕永远是最棒的因为无需担心添加化学剂和防腐剂。我非常同意妈妈的说法!如今,处处都是黑心产品!如果你也像我一样非常重视食物安全的问题,那就自已在家动手做吧🙂 所以,这食谱绝对是一款天然味的香蕉磅蛋糕哦。。看看我们需要的材料有那一些以及制做步骤:-

Ingredients / 食材:-
[* 7′ Inch loaf pan / 7 寸磅蛋糕模]

Cake flour – 100g (sieve)
低筋面粉-100克

Egg – 2pcs
鸡蛋-2粒

Butter – 50g (melted)
奶油-50克

Caster sugar – 50g
细砂糖-50克

Banana – 100g (mashed)
香蕉-100克

1)Place the banana on lined baking sheet (the banana will leak a bit while baking into oven)
把香蕉放在已经铺好烘培纸的烤盘上。(在烘烤的过程中香蕉的稍微会分泌一些汁)

2)Preheat oven at 180c, bake for 8-10 minutes or until the skin turned dark or black .
预热烤箱在180度,烘烤8-10分钟或直到香蕉皮呈现深色或变黑。

3)Remove the skin and let it cool completely before using .
将香蕉皮取掉,让它充分冷却后再使用。

Steps / 步骤:-

1)Soak the egg into 40-50c warm water for 5-6 minutes.
将鸡蛋浸泡在在40-50度C的温水里约5-6分钟。

2)Crack the eggs into mixing bowl, add sugar and whisk the egg yolks until thick, fluffy and light in colour. (It take about 8-10 minutes with high speed)
将2颗全蛋放入搅拌盆里,加入细砂糖,以高速全蛋打发至泛白,有明显的折叠痕迹即可。(打发过程约8-10分钟)

3)Add the banana puree into the batter , stir well.
加入香蕉泥到面糊里,拌匀。

4)Gradually sieve in the cake flour and fold softly with spatula.
面粉分两次加,取一半的分量加入面糊中,再以切割的方式混合均匀。

1)Scoop 1/3 of egg yolks batter mix with melted butter until combine.
取1/3的蛋黄面糊和融化奶油一起混合均匀。

2)Pour the butter mixture into egg yolk batter and mix well.
将奶油面糊和蛋黄面糊一起拌匀。

3)Pour the batter into loaf pan and tap out the air bubbles.
将拌均匀的面糊倒入蛋糕模里,烤盘底往桌面轻敲几下,敲出大气泡。

4)Preheat oven at 170C, bake for 45- 50 minutes or until the tester inserted into the center comes out clean
预热烤箱在170度C,烘烤45-50分钟,或把竹签插入蛋糕的中心,取出是干净的即可。
