Tofu Mixed Veggies Salad

Give yourself a low-fat treat with these homemade tofu sauce mixed veggies salad. You will need very simple ingredients to make this delicious and healthy dressing.It is also perfect with fruit salad for this hot and stuffy summer day ! Let’s start =)

[豆腐田园蔬菜沙拉]

让自已尝试一份低脂肪的家常豆腐酱料的田园蔬菜沙拉。在沙拉配方里,你只需要非常简单的食材即可完成这份美味可口及健康的沙拉酱。炎热的夏天,用来搭配水果当水果沙拉一样很合适唷 ~ 让我们开始把=)

Ingredients / 食材]

Cabbage – 1/2 pc
包菜- 一半

Cucumber – 1pc
小黄瓜- 1条

Carrot – 1/2 pc
红萝卜- 一半

Onion – 1/2 pc
洋葱-半颗

Salt – 1 teaspoon
盐巴- 1小匙

Lemon juice- 2 tablespoons
柠檬汁- 2大匙

Soft tofu – 1/2 block
软豆腐- 半块

[ Seasoning/ 调味料 ]

2 tablespoons of olive oil ,
2 汤匙的橄榄油,

2 pinch of salt,
2 小撮的盐巴,

small amount of black pepper.
适量的黑胡椒粉。

[Steps / 步骤]

Tofu mixed salad-1

1) Rinse all the vegetables and cut into slices .
将全部的蔬菜洗净,再切成细条状。

2) Put the vegetables into a big bowl, add salt and mix well . Set aside.
把切好的蔬菜类放入大碗里,加入盐巴,混合均匀。放一旁备用。

3) Mashed the tofu and sieve it until get very fine of texture.
把豆腐压烂,再过筛直到呈现非常细腻的质地。

4) Add oil, seasoning and lemon juice . Stir until combine.
加入橄榄油,调味料和柠檬汁,拌匀。

5) Mix the tofu mixture with vegetables until incorporated .
把调味好的豆腐泥酱和蔬菜一起混合均匀即可。

6)Done ! 完成!
