Flower Shape Sweet Onion Muffins

|甜洋葱玛芬|

最近,还蛮常研究一些关于低卡又可吃得健康的小蛋糕。我特别欣赏日本料理学家的养生概念~无论在日常料理上或是烘培上他们都把大量的蔬菜融合在一起。或许是生活及饮食上的文化有所不同吧~所以,在日式料理都是充满了养生的气息。这也是我一直想学的方向之一。这洋葱玛芬不像以往的甜玛芬来得吸引,不过洋葱的清甜却带出不一样的独特风味。一份蔬菜小点心不旦味道佳而且养生又低卡,把它当成正餐吃也无负担哦=)

[食材/Ingredients ]

低筋面粉 -100克
Cake flour – 100g

泡打粉-1小匙
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

无糖豆奶-80毫升
unsweetened soy milk – 80ml

黄砂糖-20克
Brown sugar – 20g

植物油-2大匙
Vegetable oil – 2Tbsp

蜂蜜-1大匙
Honey – 1 Tbsp

洋葱(中)-1个
Onion (M) – 1pc

盐巴-适量

[步骤 / Steps]

1)将洋葱切丝。开中火,倒入1大匙的油,拌炒洋葱丝直到软和变褐色(大约8-10分钟)。加入适量的盐巴做调味,有足够的咸味即可。放凉后,备用。

Slice the onion into shredded. Open medium heat, pour in 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil and saute the onion slices until soft and brown (about 8-10 minutes). Seasoning little amount of salt to taste .  Set aside to let cool completely.

2) 在搅拌盆里,加入豆奶,黄砂糖,植物油和蜂蜜。用打蛋器把材料混合直到糖粒溶解。

In a mixing bowl , add soy milk , brown sugar, vegetable oil and honey. Use the ballon whisk to mix all the ingredients until fully incorporated and the sugar is  thoroughly dissolved.

3) 将面粉和泡打粉筛入搅拌盆,大略拌匀。
*面糊还有粉粒也没关系,待会反拌洋葱丝,粉粒会随着消失。
*制作玛芬不可过度搅拌面糊,会影响口感。

Sieve the flour and baking powder into mixing bowl, roughly mix well.
* That’s fine if the cake batter not smooth enough. It’s will dissolve when you stir in the onion.
* Do not over stir the batter, it’s will affect the texture of muffin.

4)加入炒过的洋葱丝,快速的拌匀。
Add the shredded onions and mix well.

5) 将面糊倒入模具内,大约8分满即可。预热烤箱在180度c, 烘烤大约20-25分钟或直到表面呈现金黄色。

Filling each mold about 3/4 full. Pre- heat oven at 180 C , bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins surface reach golden brown.

*用竹签插入中间,如果没有面糊沾附,就表示已经烤熟了。
*Insert the toothpick come out clean means the muffins already done.
