Homemade Celery Jam

翠绿的芹菜,给人一种清新凉爽的感觉…就像带给你新生命一样! 芹菜清脆的口感,搭配自已所掌控的甜与酸味,让这酱料成为餐桌上的亮点菜品。芹菜酱可随心所欲的享用而且非常健康又不长胖~我把芹菜酱当成早餐的抹酱,同时摄取高量纤维素也给予身体能量!相信我,这口感绝对带给你不一样的惊喜哦 =)

[食材/Ingredients]

芹菜 - 300克
celery – 300g

原遮糖-3大匙
Natural cane sugar- 3 Tbsp

柠檬汁 -1/2个的分量
Lemon juice – half piece of lemon

[步骤/Steps]

1)将芹菜洗净,切成小块状,再放入搅拌器里打成细状。
Clean & wash celery, cut into small pieces. Place into food processor and blend until fine texture.

2)加入糖和柠檬汁,再稍微打拌均匀即可。
Add sugar and lemon juice, roughly blend until well combined.

3)将芹菜酱装入容器里并盖上盖子,放入冰箱里冷藏。
*不适合储存过久,最佳食用其为2-3天(建议少量制作)。
Scoop the celery jam put into bottle,cover with lid and keep into fridge.
* Not suitable for long period store. Recommend finish it within 2-3days.

小建议:
*芹菜酱除了可当成吐司的抹酱外,还可以当成清蒸鱼的佐酱食用哦~
*或是拌饭一起吃也很不错~

Tips:
* This celery sauce can treat as breakfast jam or served with steamed fish.
* or mix it with plain rice also a good choice too ~
