Layered Chinese Cabbage with Sesame Mince Pork

| 下廚不滴汗— 清蒸芝麻包菜豬肉塔 |

剛才用餐時,一打開蓋子,鄒先生以驚訝又好奇的表情問了今晚是什麼菜色呀😏!我說是包菜肉塔,內餡是一層豬肉碎一层包菜,共有5個夾層堆積起來~ 做法簡單不費時,看看以下材料有那些:-

[食材/ Ingredients]

豬肉碎 – 200克 (事先加入适量的酱油和胡椒粉醃製隔夜)
Mince pork – 200g (seasoning with some soy sauce and pepper, marinated over night)

白芝麻 – 適量
white sesame – little amount

包菜- 5大片
Cabbage – 5 pieces

[醬料/ Sauce]

水- 5大匙
Water – 5Tbsp

醬油- 2大匙
Soy sauce- 2Tbsp

芝麻油- 1大匙
Sesame oil – 1Tbsp

胡椒粉- 適量
Pepper – little amount

* 把全部混合拌匀,备用。
* Combine all the ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Set aside.

[步骤 /Steps]

1)将5片包菜沖洗乾淨。
Clean and wash the cabbages.

2)大片完整的包菜平鋪在底层,取適量的豬肉粹,用湯匙按壓在包菜葉的中間。
*其他的包菜可切半(不要切太小)

Use the large and perfectly cabbage put on at the bottom layer.Scoop some minced pork put on middle of the cabbage and use a spoon to lightly press.
*cut other pieces of cabbage into half (don’t cut too small)

3)抹上少許的芝麻油,撒上適量的黑白芝麻,再铺上一片包菜。
*重复以上的步骤直到包菜用完为止。

Coated with little sesame oil , sprinkle some black and white sesame seed then cover up with another piece of cabbage.
*Repeat steps until all the cabbages are used.

1)铺满后,把包菜塔翻面。淋上混合好的酱汁。
After done all the steps, flip over the cabbage and drizzling with the sauce mixture.

2)开大火,等水沸腾后,放入包菜塔蒸15分钟即可。
Open high heat and wait for the water start bubbling, then put the cabbage into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
