|黑胡椒洋葱猪肉炊饭|

虽然说烹饪是女人可展现个人魅力的厨艺,但离不开人的天性,偶尔还是会有想偷懒的时刻^^ 这时侯巧用电锅做料理就可帮你解决小俩口的幸福晚餐!最近,我还蛮喜欢一锅熟料理,因为家里人口简单而且很方便又不费时就可吃到丰盛及营养的一餐。之前所分享的南瓜鲑鱼炊饭获得热烈反应也很合邹老爷的胃口。所以,再次使用电锅煮西式口味的黑胡椒洋葱猪肉饭。配方中的黑胡椒酱是必备的佐酱,而这锅饭好不好吃就在于酱料的美味!在市面上有贩售各式现成的黑胡椒酱,我买的是一般超市都可买得到的‘李牌子’(没有规定使用某个牌子的黑胡椒酱,只要是你方便即可而我个人比较熟悉这牌子,所以就买了=)至于肉类可按照个人喜好更换,想要换成牛肉也可以(因为我不吃牛肉所以选用猪肉)。

[食材/Ingredients]

猪肉-200克 (切片)
Pork-200g (cut into slices)

青椒- 1/2的量(切小块)
Green bell pepper – 1/2 of piece (cut into small bites size)

黄甜椒- 1/2的量 (切小块)
Yellow bell pepper – 1/2 of piece (cut into small bites size)

洋葱- 1/2的量 (切丝)
Onion – 1/2 of piece (shredded)

红萝卜 -30克 (切小块)
Carrot -30g (cut into small bites size)

橄榄油- 2大匙
Olive oil – 2 Tbsp

胡椒酱- 4大匙 + 4大匙的水(拌匀即可)
*按照你所购买的胡椒酱指示说明

Black pepper sauce – 4 Tbsp sauce + 4 Tbsp water (mix well)
*follow the instruction of black pepper sauce that you bought

[步骤/Steps]

1)开中小火,加入橄榄油,将洋葱丝炒香。
Open small medium heat, pour in olive oil and stir-fry the shredded onion until aroma.

2)加入青椒,黄甜椒和萝卜块,一起炒3-4分钟。
Add the green and yellow pepper, carrots, stir- fry for 3-4 minutes.

3)放入猪肉片和拌好的黑胡椒酱汁,炒至半熟的状态。
Add the pork slices and the black pepper sauce mixture and stir fry until they are half cook.

4)将锅里全部的材料倒入米锅中。开电,按下电锅按钮,等按钮​​自动弹起。
*我煮的是糙米饭而水量是按照正常煮饭的份量加入

Pour all the ingredients into rice cooker.Switch it on, and wait for button automatically pops up.
* I cooked brown rice and the water ratio is based on normal rice cooking.

完成 !我使用的是糙米。所以,煮出来的米饭不是呈现黑胡椒的颜色。
Done ! I’m using brown rice. So, the cooked rice not turned out black pepper colour.

*小建議:如果不想要吃太軟爛蔬菜的口感,可等電鍋在煮到一半的時後才加入。
*Tips : If you don’t like to eat too soft texture of vegetables, recommend to add vegetables in halfway of cook.
