Sesame Chicken Drumsticks with Mushroom Rice

这星期连续两天使用电锅做晚餐,轻松又自在Y(^_^)Y 嘻嘻~ 平时我都只选择鸡胸肉做料理,原因是不油不腻,但今天要煮一锅香喷喷的鸡饭还是需要鸡肉本身的油脂才能提升鸡腿饭的好滋味。还有,只要一提鸡饭,自然而然的大家就会想到“海南鸡饭”是吧~ 海南鸡饭在我们家是祖传的菜谱!每当逢年过节都有机会吃到妈妈所煮的鸡饭,更值得一提的是用来沾鸡肉的辣椒酱!海南鸡饭除了油饭要松软可口,鸡肉要软嫩多汁,辣椒沾酱也是海南鸡饭的亮点哟~ 至于怎么制作?或许有机会或等我想学的时候再请教妈妈好了(因为准备功夫很繁多,我本身有点抗拒及懒惰。。哈哈😄)今天先分享一款家庭简易版的“芝麻鸡腿蘑菇饭”!这道电锅鸡腿饭完全是靠鸡腿本身的天然油脂来滋润米饭,再加上蒜香和芝麻的香气不断的从电锅飘出,让唾液不停的在口腔里涌出,真的无法抗拒来3碗! 大家试了就知道^0^

[食材/Ingredients]

鸡腿 - 2个
Chicken drumsticks – 2pcs

蘑菇 - 1盒
Mushrooms – 1 pack

大蒜 - 1颗
Onion – 1pc

白芝麻-适量
White sesame – little amount

芝麻油-2大匙
Sesame oil – 2 Tbsp

酱油-5大匙
Soy sauce – 5 Tbsp

胡椒粉-适量
pepper- little amount

糖-适量
sugar- little amount

[步骤/ Steps]

将大蒜切粹,蘑菇切片,鸡腿后背刮两刀。
*如果不想吃太油腻,可把一部分的鸡皮去掉。

Chopped the garlic, mushrooms cut into slices and cut slits on the back of the chicken drumsticks.
*If don’t like to eat too oily, you can remove part of the chicken skin.

1)在平底锅里倒入芝麻油,开中小火,把蒜末爆香。
Pour sesame oil into sauce pan , heat up with medium small flame, saute chopped garlic until fragrant.

2)加入蘑菇片,炒出香气。
Add mushroom slices, stir-fry until aroma.

3)把鸡腿的水份沥干,加到锅子里,加入调味料,再炒至半熟的状态。
Drain well the water, add chicken drumsticks into sauce pan, add seasoning and stir-fry until half cook condition.

4)最后,把材料全倒入饭锅里,撒上少许的烤过芝麻粒。开电,按下电锅按钮,等按钮​​自动弹起。
*我煮的是糙米饭而水量是按照正常煮饭的份量加入

Pour all the ingredients into rice cooker and sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds.Switch it on, and wait for button automatically pops up.
* I cooked brown rice and the water ratio is based on normal rice cooking.
