|蜂蜜杏仁蛋糕|

靠着全蛋打发的蜂蜜杏仁蛋糕,外观非常简单朴素,但对我而言它却是一个充满了生命力的华丽蛋糕。今天在制作蛋糕的过程,心中特别有感触!我一直认为在制作蛋糕的过程与人生路程是息息相关的。在人生路途上难免有起有落,有顺利也有失败,正如十指手指有长有短一样~所以,开心的面对人事物才是人生最大的成功!以满满的正能量去制作蛋糕,就会发现亲手自作的蛋糕是充满了生命力,充满了爱心,特别美味的华丽蛋糕!在蛋糕的表层而外加了杏仁片做点缀,而蛋糕的甜味完全是靠天然蜂蜜把它带出~ 烤出来的蛋糕融合了蜂蜜和杏仁的香气,并保有自然风味的扎实口感,而每一口都散发出独特天然的蜂蜜滋味。。。

[食材/Ingredients]
* 5″圆形蛋糕模 / 5″ round shape cake pan

低筋面粉-80克
Cake flour – 80g

全麦面粉-20克
Whole grain flour – 20g

杏仁粉-60克
Almond flour – 60g

鸡蛋- 2个
Egg – 2pcs

蜂蜜 -100毫升
Honey – 100ml

葡萄籽油- 50ml
Grape seed Oil- 50ml

[步骤/ Steps]

unnamed (50)1)将低筋面粉,全麦面粉及杏仁粉一起过筛,混合均匀。
Sieve the cake flour together with whole grain flour and almond flour. Mix well.

2)在搅拌盆内加入鸡蛋和蜂蜜。然后把搅拌盆放在温热的锅子上,以隔水加热的方式把全蛋打发(高速)至可以画8字。
In a mixing bowl add the eggs and honey. Then beat (high speed) the egg yolk mixture over a pot of hot water until the ribbon stage.

3)倒入葡萄籽油,以低速搅拌,倒入面粉再翻拌均匀至无粉末。
Pour in the oil, turn to low speed and mix well. Then add the flour mixture and fold until incorporated.

4)将面糊倒入蛋糕模具里。在面糊上均匀的撒上杏仁薄片。
Pour the batter into cake pan and sprinkle some almond pieces on the surface.

5)预热烤箱在180度c , 烘烤35-40分钟或插入竹签,取出后是干净的。
Pre-heat oven at 180C, bake for 35-40 minutes or insert toothpick and comes out with clean.

6)蛋糕取出后,在桌面震两下,让热气排出,脱模放凉即可。完成!
After the cake freshly out from the oven, bang the cake pan to remove the hot gas between cake and pan. Remove the can pan and let the cake cool completely.Done !
