Cabbage Omelette with Black Pepper Sauce

|黑胡椒包菜鸡蛋饼|

鸡蛋饼是大家都不陌生的一道家常料理。普普通通的鸡蛋饼,但也可以千变万化。一般会加入大量的包菜丝,萝卜丝,玉米或是个人喜爱的材料做搭配。把鸡蛋饼当成早餐最健康又营养了!或是追求快速料理的你,这也是一道不错的晚餐唷~其实,包菜鸡蛋饼和大阪烧有点类似,都是大量的使用包菜,唯一不同的是鸡蛋饼不需要添加面粉,也不需要制作酱料的程序。简简单单的鸡蛋饼,即简单,也经典!

[食材/ Ingredients]

包菜 - (小) 1/2颗
Cabbage – 1/2 pieces (small)

鸡蛋 - 2颗
Egg – 2pcs

玉米笋- 2条
Baby corn – 2pcs

红萝卜- 20克
Carrot – 20g

[调味料/ Seasoning]

盐巴- 2小撮
Salt- 2 pinches

黑胡椒粉-适量
Black pepper – small amount

香菜片- 2大匙
Dry parsley – 2 Tbsp

黑胡椒酱-1大匙
Black pepper sauce – 1 Tbsp

[步骤/Steps]

1)把包菜和萝卜切丝,玉米笋切小片。
Finely shredded the cabbage and carrot. The baby corn cut into thin slices.

2)将全部食材放入大碗里,打入2颗鸡蛋,拌均匀。
Add all the ingredients into big bowl , crack 2 eggs and beat lightly until mix well.

3)把调味料全加入,再拌匀即可。
Add all the seasoning into cabbage mixture and stir well .

1)开中小火预热锅子,倒入1大匙的橄榄油,把包菜蛋液倒入平底锅里。用汤匙均匀的按压一下才不会成为凝固成一团。
Open medium small flame to heat up the pan. Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil, pour the egg mixture of cabbage into pan. Use a spoon to evenly press cabbage mixture.

2)以慢火煎至两面的蛋皮呈现微焦即可。
Pan fry with small heat until both sides reach golden brown.
