|低卡无淀粉蛋炒饭|

炒饭一直是我最爱的一道料理而我对炒饭求要求单一的食材,那就是一定要加蛋! 只要有蛋香味的炒饭,我便可以吃得津津有味^_^ 随着年龄的增长,开始懂得养生也了解淀粉热量的可怕性。光一盘炒饭的热量,加上大量的油脂和其他的佐料那热量就非常惊人了!所以,当自已对炒饭的食欲非常浓烈时,我会利用白色的花椰菜做成“低卡花椰菜蛋炒饭”。这款无淀粉的蛋炒饭非常健康又多纤维,而且非常有饱足感!光看这盘,不告诉你是花椰菜,也许你也察觉不出来 ^^ 这是一道有趣的料理! 至于佐料方面,我只加了蛋,巴西里,蒜蓉和黑胡椒酱去提味。基本上,你想加什么都可以,就按照自已爱吃的材料去做搭配。不啰嗦~ 马上开始!

[食材/Ingredients]
*一人份 / Single serving

花椰菜 - 100克
Cauliflower – 100g

鸡蛋- 1粒
Egg – 1pc

巴西里-适量
Parsley- small amount

蒜末- 3瓣
Chopped garlic – 3 cloves

黑胡椒酱 - 1/2汤匙
Black pepper sauce – 1/2 Tbsp

[步骤/ Steps]

1.将花椰菜冲洗干净,切小朵放入搅拌机里打成像米粒一样的细小。
Rinse and cut the cauliflower into small pieces, put into a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower become small and resembles rice.

2.开中火,倒入1匙的橄榄油,锅子预热后,把蒜蓉加入爆香。
Preheat pan with medium fire, add 1Tbsp of olive oil and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.

3.把米粒般的花椰菜加入锅子里炒一炒,再加入巴西里炒香。
Add the cauliflower and parsley into the pan and stir fry a while.

4.在锅子中央打入一颗鸡蛋,用木勺不断的搅拌至蛋液凝固至熟透。之后,把花椰菜粒和蛋一起混合均匀。
Pour the beaten egg in the middle of pan, use spatula, scramble the egg.Then mix the egg with the cauliflower mixture.

5.翻炒花椰菜里直到软透即可。撒上少许的巴西里和芝麻粒,完成!
Stir and fry the cauliflower mixture until tender. Sprinkle some parsley and sesame.Done !
