[食材/Ingredients]

|腌制黄瓜/ Marinated cucumber|
小黄瓜- 1条
cucumber – 1pc

柠檬汁- 2汤匙
Lemon juice- 2tbsp

盐巴- 少量
Salt- little amount

|沙拉佐料/ Salad ingredients|

水煮罐头鲔鱼- 1个
Tuna chunks in water – 1 canned

希腊酸奶- 2大匙
Greek yogurt – 2Tbsp

黑胡椒粉-适量
Black pepper – little

干香菜片-适量
Parsley flakes – little

葡萄干- 30克
Raisins- 30g

枸杞- 1大匙
Wolfberries – 1Tbsp

[步骤/Steps]

将小黄瓜削成薄片,把柠檬汁和盐巴一起混合均匀,放置一夜在冰箱里。
Shave cucumber into thin slices, add lemon juice and salt to taste, mix well. Put into fridge overnight.

1)将罐头里的水倒掉,用叉子将鲔鱼拨成细状。
Drained out the liquid from canned tuna, break up the tuna with a fork.

2)把腌制好的黄瓜片(水倒掉)加入搅拌盆中,撒上干的香菜片和黑胡椒粉,拌匀。
Toss with marinated cucumbers (drain the liquid) into mixing bowl, sprinkle some dry parsley and black pepper, stir well.

3)加入希腊酸奶,葡萄干和枸杞,搅拌均匀即可。
Add greek yogurt, raisins and wolfberries, mix until combine.
