|三分钟低卡豆腐芝士蛋糕|

好长一段时间都没开家里的烤箱了,而且自己还担心烤箱不知会不会出问题呢^_^ 最近一直在忙碌的过生活,不断的在深思,在学习,在期待未来的一切一切….. 希望在生活中是充满着希望,喜悦和自由!今天总算可抽出一些时间来制作下午茶享用的“低卡豆腐芝士蛋糕”。如同以往一样,自已还是热爱简单的蛋糕制作程序,重点是“低卡”的哦~ 这一片大小适中的豆腐芝士只有168大卡。所以,这款蛋糕算是可以放心大口的吃,因为卡路里已经是大大的减低不少!不啰嗦,赶紧来尝试吧 ~

[食材/Ingredients]

低筋面粉-45克
Cake flour- 45g

奶油乳酪-200克
Cream cheese- 200g

娟豆腐-150克
Silken tofu – 150g

原蔗糖-75克
Natural cane sugar – 75g

柠檬汁-1汤匙
Lemon juice- 1 Tbsp

鸡蛋-2颗
Egg – 2 pieces

葡萄干-适量
Raisins- little amount

杏仁片-适量
Slices almond – little amount

[步骤/Steps]

1.将全部的食材一起加入到搅拌盆里。
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.

2.用手拿搅拌机把全部材料搅打均匀至液体状。
Use the hand mixer to mix and blend all the ingredients until well combined and liquid foam.

3.把面糊倒入蛋糕模具中,轻轻的在桌面震两下让面糊里的空气排除,再撒上葡萄干和杏仁片。
Pour the batter into the cake pan and slightly bang the cake pan to remove the gas. Then sprinkle raisins and sliced almond on top.

4.预热烤箱在170c度,烘烤45分钟或插入竹签,取出后是干净的。
Pre-heat oven at 170C , bake for 45 minutes or insert toothpick and comes out with clean.
