|女王升级版糖水-奇异果雪耳糖水|

全新口味,营养密度大升级!提到滋补养颜糖水,当然少不了雪耳燕窝这个称号。一般的雪耳糖水都包含了红枣,枸杞,莲子等等的基本材料。关于它们的养生功效,相信大家都非常了解,也深受女性的喜爱。平时在中餐馆的甜品菜单上常常会有雪梨顿雪耳这道甜点,味道好还营养丰富。但是,今天在甜汤里加入的是质地柔软,酸甜口感,含高量维生素c的奇异果。在雪白的糖水里,添加了一点红一点绿,酸酸甜甜带有滑滑胶质的口感,仿佛夏天温暖的味道。

[材料/Ingredients]

雪耳- 2大朵
Snow fungus – 2pcs

奇异果- 2颗 (切丁)
Kiwi – 2pcs (cut into bite size pieces)

莲子- 适量
Lotus seeds – little

枸杞-适量
Wolfberries – little

冰糖-适量
Rock sugar- little

水- 2公升
Water – 2L

[步骤/Steps]

将雪耳浸泡在热水里直到变软和膨胀,再沥干水分,用剪刀去除黄色的蒂,在剪成小片状。
*我会使用热水浸泡雪耳长达1小时去除刺鼻的味道

Soaked the fungus in the hot water until soft and puff up then drain well and cut off the hard yellow stem. Then use a pair of scissor to cut into small pieces.
*I will use hot water to soak them for 1 hour to remove the bad smell.

1)将水加入锅子中,开大火将水煮滚后,放入雪耳和莲子。
Pour the water into deep pot, open high heat and bring to boil, add snow fungus and lotus seeds.

2)把火候转中小火,煮至40-60分钟直到雪耳出现粘稠胶质时,加入适量的冰糖,搅拌至糖溶化即可。
Turn the heat to medium low heat, cook for 40-60minutes. When the soup become little thick and mushy, then add rock sugar to taste and stir through until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3) 熄火,加入奇异果丁和枸杞,拌匀再盖上锅盖焖5-10分钟。
*枸杞-先冲洗干净,浸泡1-2分钟让它软化。
*枸杞最后再加,那糖水的颜色比较清透也不容易被枸杞染色。

Turn off the heat, add kiwi cubes and wolfberries, stir well ,cover with lid and simmering for 5-10minutes .
*wolfberries – clean and soak for 1-2 minutes until soft.
*Adding wolfberries at the last can make the soup perfectly clear and nice.

放凉后,放入冰箱里冷藏后更美味~
完成!

Let cool completely and keep into fridge. The dessert taste better when serve slightly cool.
