Black + White Fungus Sweet Soup

|黑白配双雪耳糖水|

12月,2015年的最后一个月。这时候应该把冰箱里所储存的干粮给处理掉了。所以,最近常用木耳煮一些甜汤类的冰饮^^ 之前分享所分享过的”女王升级版的奇异果雪耳糖水“深受我个人喜爱!奇异果的微酸和冰糖的微甜融合在一起,带给你清爽的好口感~这次的食谱当中是采用了黑白木耳和红枣融合一体,搅拌成滑溜溜并充满胶质就如同燕窝般的滑滑润润口感。我相信,这一碗平民糖水绝对会让你享受如滋养燕窝口感的生活!

[材料/Ingredients]

白雪耳- 2大朵
Snow fungus – 2pcs

黑木耳-适量
Black fungus- little

红枣- 10粒
Chinese red dates- 10pcs

冰糖-适量
Rock sugar- little

水- 2公升
Water – 2L

[步骤/Steps]

1) 将黑白木耳浸泡在热水里直到变软和膨胀,再沥干水分,用剪刀去除黄色的蒂,在剪成适度大小即可。
*我会使用热水浸泡木耳长达1小时去除刺鼻的味道

Soaked the black & white fungus in the hot water until soft and puff up then drain well and cut off the hard yellow stem. Then use a pair of scissor to cut into medium size.
*I will use hot water to soak them for 1 hour to remove the bad smell.

2)将水加入锅子中,开大火将水煮滚后,放入木耳和红枣。
*把红枣的籽去掉(取决于个人喜好)
Pour the water into deep pot, open high heat and bring to boil, add snow fungus and chinese red dates.
*removed the red dates seed (depends on your preference)

3)把火候转中小火,煮至40-60分钟直到雪耳出现粘稠胶质时,加入适量的冰糖,搅拌至糖溶化即可。
Turn the heat to medium low heat, cook for 40-60minutes. When the soup become little thick and mushy, then add rock sugar to taste and stir through until the sugar is fully dissolved.

4)使用手扶搅拌机把所有材料大拌成泥状。放凉后,放入冰箱里冷藏后更美味~
完成!
Use the hand mixer to blend everything until puree texture. Let cool completely and keep into fridge. The dessert taste better when serve slightly cool.
